I am happy to write an outstanding review of the JW Marriott Kaafu Atoll. This is perhaps one of the nicest Marriott properties that I have stayed on. All the pictures represented on the Marriott website are accurate. From arrival to departure, the staff are always there for you to make your stay enjoyable. As a titanium member, we were allowed a late check out of 7:00 PM since the resort was not full. A special thanks to Eddie, our butler, Cherry at the breakfast bufffet, and Feraz who taught us about the local culture. The food, although a bit pricey, was always delicious and well prepared. They have an excellent dive center too. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you everyone for such a memorable stay. Doug and Kim

Two words to describe this new resort: Beautiful and peaceful. I stayed here for 4 nights and I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Rooms were beautifully furnished and had everything I needed. Attention to details is what I care about the most and this resort has it. Customer service was also excellent! Special thanks to Nour the villa Safeeru (butler) who was so kind, helpful and very attentive. Spa staff Riana and Aulia who gave me the best massage. Samooh the villa attendant who made sure the villa was always clean and prepared whenever I was out. Everyone I encountered who works there has been so kind and very welcoming. Hats off to each and every one of you! Will definitely be back again soon!

The JW Marriott Kaafu Atol is a beautiful hotel. Our entire stay was simply beautiful. The location is stunning, the facilities are amazing - all in all it was a wonderful holiday. The true gems of the entire stay were the staff - they truly made this holiday sensational. There was nothing we could not ask that they would not go above and beyond for us. Special shout out goes to Aaish, Cherry, Yaish and Rianna! They were just the best. I have to especially thank Athu and Deepesh - in the resturant - they were attentive and so very accommodating and there was nothing we asked for that they didn’t deliver and more! They were truly fantastic! They truly made our stay truly memorable!

Our stay at JW Marriott Maldives was truly unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt goodbyes, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Mr. Musthafeez, the hotel manager, whose genuine care and attention to every guest made us feel truly valued. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire experience. The food was exceptional — honestly, among the best we’ve had across all the luxury resorts we’ve visited in the Maldives. Huge appreciation to Chef Jae Yong Cha, the Executive Chef, for the delicious variety and unforgettable flavors. The spa was pure bliss — far beyond the average massage experience. It was relaxing, healing, and delivered with true expertise. We’re also especially thankful to Miru, who was available 24/7, always helpful and attentive — even to the smallest needs of our kids The Kids Club team was absolutely wonderful — caring, creative, and full of positive energy. They made sure our daughters had the best time, and that meant so much to us as parents. Honestly, the entire team at JW Marriott deserves recognition. The resort is not only luxurious and elegant, but also calm, welcoming, and family-friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet high-end experience in the Maldives. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The most incredible experience to date! The staff here are the most welcoming, wonderful people I have ever come across in all my travels. The resort is leagues above any other I have stayed at! The attention to detail is over and above making everything feel like pure luxury! A special mention to: Srikanth Vish Dianna Sam Alan The incredible staff at the steakhouse restaurant were incredible! The chief there gave us the best Wagyu I have ever tasted! (Top tip, his family recipe for a desert is a must have!) The transfer on speedboat is so short making the journey across no issue. The overwater bungalows are the most breathtaking villas. The inside is decorated with so much taste and culture. The entire feel of this resort embodies calmness & tranquility with the upmost of luxury. I am already so excited to visit next year. The only negative about my holiday here was having to leave this magical place! Wishing all the staff there the most amazing year and hopefully see you in 2026. Best Wishes Rebecca & Poppy

Facility: A newly opened JW Resort and very clean and well maintained. However one thing is, the beach should be completely cleaned / overhauled once (slouched, heavily contaminated). The resort is ideal for switching on/relaxing and relaxing. The villas are spacious, and swimming pool is quite big compared to other resorts. Personnel: Thanks to in charge of loyalty, May as well as warm, caring staff in all areas (cleaning, restaurant bar, pool, garden, kitchen, etc.)

The most wonderful and attentive staff. Our butler Daiana was so helpful and gracious and made the stay with our kids very relaxing and enjoyable. Restaurants and buffet breakfast were all superb. Excellent Japanese, Peruvian and Indian and Italian food. We were there on full board which was really worthwhile. Kids had an amazing experience and were sad to leave.
