Charlotte was extremely welcoming and helpful. She answered all the questions and was super nice and friendly. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast was exceptional, there were boiled, scrambled and sunny side up eggs!!! Cold meats and cheese, cereal, fresh croissants, pastries and many different sweet treats, fruit as well as an array of hot drinks and juices were available. I wish I tried the cakes, they loosed delicious. All staff were very welcoming and I felt at ease, we wished we stayed an extra couple of nights. It’s best to book directly with the hotel to gain free breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to everything with a supermarket around the corner and the cable cars just up the road.

We have found our new vacation spot. the hotel ( we had the apartment) was perfect for our family, large spacious, perfect location, and the staff were just 100% amazing. Everything about the hotel was just right. Quiet, nice breafast, great sleep, never really needed the car to go anywhere.. beautiful area, walk to the Mt Baldy lift..

Hotel Dolomiti made our 11-night family holiday unforgettable. Superb location. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room and hotel, in general. Outstanding breakfast buffet...choice and quality. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a great 5 nights stay at this hotel in Malcesine. Very clean, super friendly staff and large family rooms (look more like mini apartments with a small kitchenette and decently large bathroom). Breakfast was very good with homemade pastries and deserts. Free parking is provided by the hotel very close by and the hotel is central to everything in Malcesine (walking distance). Only downside, our wifi wasn't great (maybe it was just our room) but we would definitely come back and recommend 100%.

Such an enjoyable experience - our 2 rooms were perfect, the breakfast was amazing and we were well looked after by Stefan and the team. I think what’s sets it apart is the lovely family-run feel. It’s well located for the town and for the cable lift up the mountain. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again! Lee Lynsey Hannah & Katie

We stayed here as a family of three for four nights in a suite with a balcony. Fantastic from start to finish! Great communication before arrival, central location in an old building which has beautifully modern rooms. A real family vibe from staff who were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely too, with a good selection including homemade cakes. I would recommend booking directly with the hotel as it is a better rate and breakfast is including. Would recommend a stay here and we will definitely be returning!
