We have had the best week in Hotel Capri and can’t fault it from start to finish. The owners and all the team have been so kind and helpful. Rooms are beautiful with lovely views and hotel is spotless. Beautiful pool and public spaces with short walk to the town Breakfast was lovely every day and the evening meal absolutely top notch We will be returning for sure. Thanks to Emile and all the team

Extremely well run family hotel. Excellent food and great hospitality from all the staff. Stunning views over the lake from the dining room and terrace and our superior room with a balcony overlooking the lake was amazing. Brilliant location for all amenities. 5 Star rating on all counts.

We have just returned from staying in this beautiful hotel. It was incredibly clean and immaculately well looked after. The staff were friendly and polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the terrace overlooking the lake was delightful. You can also book to have an evening meal there too. It’s only a short walk into Malcesine although there were many steps. It’s quiet and the pool area and pool are lovely. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. 😊

We had a lovely holiday in the Capri hotel, I would say it’s a small traditional hotel, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. I left my kindle in my room on leaving and they went above and beyond to get it sent back to me in England. Thank you.

Lovely small and friendly hotel with fabulous view of the lake. Def worth booking a lake view balcony as it is stunning, with the mountains so close at this end of the lake! Lovely breakfast on the terrace with stunning views. Really helpful staff. Quite a few steps up to the hotel, so beware if you have any mobility issues. Sometimes I moaned about keep going up the many steps but the fact it was high up, meant you got a better view, of course! Malcesne is the nicest part in my opinion as the lake is narrow so the mountains are much closer than at the wider parts. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Our Inghams rep says she never gets complaints from guests at this hotel, because it's so lovely. Listed as 3 star but feels like a 4 star (based on many 4 star hotels I've stayed in previously).

Cosy family-owned hotel with great service, neat and stylish interiors and great location in Malcesine. However, be conscious that the hotel stands quite high on a hill. Either steep steps to the lakeside road or a sloping street walk to close-by city center. A 4-course dinner available every day. Jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor pool: great and with no extra charge.

It is gem in Malcesine. I hired apartment and it has really good view. Sona and zacussi booking process is straight forward. Breakfast was excellent. Nice seating chairs allowed us to view sunset. I will recommend this hotel. The photo frame look like pic is from bathroom window:)

Friendly, fabulous views, functional and clean. We spent 3 nights in this hotel and felt quickly at home. Dinners in the hotel are especially recommended in a town that isn't cheap and food elsewhere was, by Italian standards, fairly ordinary. The road in front of the hotel is quite noisy and if you want old and quaint this isn't your place but otherwise hard the fault.
