Booked the hotel at last minute as we have not booked any accomodation in Malang. This hotel is good with its location in the city and few minutes away from the tol exit/ entrance. Busy roadside but as the hotels/ buildings around were not high-rised, we got 7th floor there was hardly any traffic noise that made the way up to our rooms. Got the connecting rooms as requested. Rooms & toilets were cleaned. Bed and pillows are comfy. Glad that we made the right choice for our stay in Malang.

Room is very good, hotel is very nice. Prime location. Hotel staff are cool and helpful. Breakfast is very nice. All facilities are very good. U can try this hotel.

Comfort bedroom, but the bathroom is too tight. Everytime you take shower, all the waters spill everywhere. The toilet bowl was placed too close to the wall, you cannot spread your leg comfortly Worst valet parking system. I was waiting 30 minutes to get my car back while others that came after me got their cars already.

The service that is underwhelming. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink that we had to serve ourselves. Besides being upset that I needed to serve myself, that drink was vile!!!!!!!! The indoor smoking in public areas is disappointing. The sky lounge is fully enclosed, no alcoholic drinks ( some families came with their children) yet thereโ€™s open smoking. The cafe downstairs, also open smoking. Exactly where should non smokers relax at the hotel? The shower water is warm at best. Being a person that loves hot showers, this was a serious letdown. Breakfast is terrible. On Sunday the food was cold. There were so many people they ran out of tables. The mocktails donโ€™t taste so good. I was afraid to order anything off the menu because of the disappointments at breakfast, I was scared Iโ€™d waste my money. Our key cards were faulty, had to return to the front desk multiple times to get them reset in order to gain access to the room. The pool is nonexistent ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ More the size of a jacuzzi without the perks. Donโ€™t bring your swimsuit, or you can dip your feet๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

The receptionist service is not friendly, the room was not ready at 3 pm. The concept of the restaurant layout for breakfast is not attractive, the chairs are very limited. The room is not spacious. The swimming pool is small
