NN6Amazing stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. For someone who’s big on cleanliness, this place was spotless. Towels prepared for guests by the pool and in the gym, very thoughtful! Breakfast was good, and the location is really convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street, or you can grab a ride for less than RM6. Highly recommend this place!

The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

GGuest UserBooked via Trip.Com, I did not know the room was a family suite which was actually a heritage house opposite to the main hotel block. Interesting to have a nostalgic experience to stay in an traditional house but might be a little too quiet for solo travellers. Need to climb the stairs as the bed and the washroom/pantry are on different floors. Staff was friendly and the house was spotless clean. Another plus is the strong air con in the house against the crazy heat in Malacca.

However, there was a significant safety concern at the bathroom entrance. A tiny, sharp nail-like protrusion injured my wife’s sole as she stepped out to put on her house slippers. I’ve attached a photo of the nail for reference. This could have been avoided with proper maintenance.
Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues, including stains on the curtains, windows, and blinds.
As much as we wanted to leave a glowing review, we felt it was important to share this feedback honestly, hoping the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.

Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood.
Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel.
Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.

QQuintus LeeWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Augustine from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. My family really enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Highly recommended!

bilik okay, u get what u pay. for cleanliness, rasanya kena improve lagi sebab lantai bilik yg sy stay tu kotor, pijak lantai je boleh rasa melekit🥲 before check in dorg mmg akn minta deposit, normal laa kn utk mana2 pnginapan . process refund depo pun sgt cepat dan x rumit mcm hotel 😌 which is mmang akn dpt pd hari yg sama kita checkout hotel.
