The boss is very nice and can speak Chinese and recommends a lot of delicious food. The room is also good. The sea view room has a beautiful view and you can see the Strait of Malacca. I will book it next time.

i dont have a choice because mostly fully book on public holiday. price is expensive for the room and hotel level range like 2star. WiFi not function. overall i not really suggest this hotel unless u don't have a choice

Had a short but pleasant 2D1N stay at Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka. The room was just nice for two people, and the overall facilities were okay. The location is great—just a 15-minute drive to Jonker Street and the Red Church, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The Shore Mall, attached to the hotel, feels slightly old-school but still useful. One highlight was the breakfast buffet—huge variety! Refill was fast, though the food was slightly cold (probably because the aircon was blasting). Loved that breakfast runs from 4 AM to 12 noon, giving plenty of time to enjoy it.
