Smallest things tell us everything about a hotel. At Hatten Melaka: - bathroom sink drainage was terrible. - base of glass shower area was so dirty. - shower holder was loose - sliding glass door leading to toilet also had a loose handle/lock - zero initiative from reception staff who were doing nothing in the backroom to come out to help clear the queue of people who were either waiting to check out/in or validate car park TnG - breakfast was a mess. Tons of tables uncleared. Long queues at the eggs counter

I had an overnight trip with parents during CNY period. It is very fabulous and wonderful service from the hotel. This is my first time to stay. Definitely paying such fee is worth it as their service quality is very great. Of course facility there also can satisfy me well. I like their shower system as well. Quite nice and comfortable. I definitely will pay for next stay again if have chance of coming to Malacca.

We got the kids suite. Some things that may be useful to others. Location. It’s a so-near-yet-so-far situation. We can see the main attractions from our room. Seems very walkable. But because of the highway right in front of the hotel, we have to go one big round to get to the main attractions. As such, I wouldn’t advise walking. We took grab everywhere. Waiting time may be longer as it’s not KL. Affordable option though. Grab drivers were friendly and recommended places to go. Room. Spacious for the 3 of us. Kid loved the bunk bed, little tent they set up, kids table and chair with colouring materials. Very thoughtful of the hotel. Toilet seems a little dated. I believe it’s an older hotel, but can see the efforts to spruce the environment. Bathrobes and bathroom slippers provided. Hotel amenities. Decent gym. Good enough for a holiday workout. Basic swimming pool, infinity concept. Breakfast spread was actually very decent, contrary to what we had read from previous previews. Service was great. Staff always did their best to advise and render help. Would recommend this room for families with 1 or 2 kids. Very spacious.

Pros: Very refreshing welcome drink ginger ale BUT cold towel was smelly. Friendly frontdesk staffs. Beautiful hotel & great ambience. Room is spacious & clean. Cold & adjustable aircond with ceiling fan. Comfortable bed & pillows. Separate toilet, shower and bath tub; with bath salt & rubber duck. Free and covered parking, parking attendants even cleaning up your car windscreen for free. Free wifi. Complimentary in-room coffee makers & menu bar items. Satisfying breakfast buffet. No deposit required. Walking distance to Jonker Street & other nearby attractions. Quality herbal-smell toiletries. Cons: Arrived early but need to wait quite sometimes as room was not ready. Long lines at the front desk during my check-out. No bidet. Limited tv channels. Lousy noise when using water spray next to toilet.

I recently stayed at The Majestic Malacca, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate every request and need. Their warm hospitality made my stay all the more enjoyable. The room I stayed in was stunningly designed, with meticulous attention to detail that reflected the hotel’s unique charm and character. Every element seemed thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. I absolutely loved my time at The Majestic Malacca and would not hesitate to return. This hotel will undoubtedly be my top choice whenever I visit Malacca again! Thank you so much for looking after us during our stay!!

Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We were surprised to find strawberries and a sandwich left behind by the previous guest in our room’s fridge, which made us question the attention to detail in housekeeping. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service whenever we needed assistance. However, the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly slow compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, which detracted from the overall experience. The highlight of this hotel is its location. It’s very convenient for getting to various attractions and spots around the area, which made our trip more enjoyable. Overall, while the location and staff service were positive aspects, improvements in cleanliness and efficiency are needed for a better guest experience.

Quite satisfied with the service, staff was pleased. Check in process was smooth. Room are clean, amenities memuaskan. Breakfast banyak pilihan. Egg station,roti canai, nasi lemak, bubur, salad, mee goreng,nasi goreng dll.

I stayed for 3D2N, and overall, it was an okay experience. The biggest downside is the confusing reception area—it’s mixed with The Swiss Hotel, residential units, and a shopping mall, making it quite hard to locate. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, which was a plus. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was just average, and unfortunately, there was a cockroach-like smell in the room. Breakfast was mediocre, and since they share the dining area with Swiss Hotel, things got messy during peak season. They separated guests into a different space without any notice, which was quite disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent place but with some areas for improvement.

Below are my overall feedback on the hotel based on my ranking from worst to best: 1. The parking area is cramped in space and no elevator, there is a link bridge but on level 3 only. You may unload your stuffs on lobby for the hotel staffs to help you out 2. The shower area is dangerous that could lead to an accident/injury, i bumped my elbow to the concrete slab and it’s very hazardous 3. The air conditioner takes about 2 hours to cool down the room completely, you may check in early by requesting with the hotel based on availability basis 4. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful 5. The hotel location is well strategic
