Amazing indoor and outdoor living experience in this hotel. Love the private balcony facing Melaka River. I can spend my entire afternoon there with good coffee and snacks (coffee machine and snacks provided free in room). Tried their Kaya thost during breakfast. I gave 10/10! At night soak yourself in the bathtub with essential oil provided. Awesome experience! Every single detailing the room can wow you with such a specious and comfortable space. The best part is the hotel car park is just within minutes reach from your hotel room. So, it is so convinient after check out. All tourist attractions and restourant surrounding are within walking distance. Will definitely come back next time.

Everything was perfect, except for the ceiling fan, which had white dust on it. The breakfast was amazing with so many options, but I couldn’t finish the eggs Benedict I ordered from the menu. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the heart of the city. I strongly recommend it.

************* our experience at the hotel is great. The building itself is stunning!!! The room is spacious & i personally love the big bathtub. The balcony is also beautiful and it makes a great place to relax while enjoying the view.
However, the baby crib they provided us was a bit old and flimsy. Didn’t dare to put our baby inside it.

One of the best hotel I stayed in Melaka. Great location, staff are friendly and welcoming, room are clean & spacious. My room was facing the Melaka River and I can see boat cruise passing by. Great place to just relax as the room is quiet amd peaceful. We were given complimentary breakfast & enjoyed tasting the local & western dishes. We ordered from menu and still enjoyed the buffet spread. Went to Jonker Street by foot and had a great time exploring nearby tourist attractions. Parking is free at the basement. Swimming pool over looks the Melaka River and Melaka city view. Since Fan Bingbing is the Melaka Tourist ambassador & stayed at Casa del Rio, rooms are fully booked.

Very refreshing welcome drink ginger ale BUT cold towel was smelly.
Friendly frontdesk staffs.
Beautiful hotel & great ambience.
Room is spacious & clean.
Cold & adjustable aircond with ceiling fan.
Comfortable bed & pillows.
Separate toilet, shower and bath tub; with bath salt & rubber duck.
Free and covered parking, parking attendants even cleaning up your car windscreen for free.
Free wifi.
Complimentary in-room coffee makers & menu bar items.
Satisfying breakfast buffet.
No deposit required.
Walking distance to Jonker Street & other nearby attractions.
Quality herbal-smell toiletries.
Cons:
Arrived early but need to wait quite sometimes as room was not ready.
Long lines at the front desk during my check-out.
No bidet.
Limited tv channels.
Lousy noise when using water spray next to toilet.
