1) good location, within walking distance to jonker street, around 10mins walk 2) we’ll keep heritage building with new renovation, it’s clean and tidy 3) there is a tiny lift for disable which is a plus point for people who need it, it’s also open for all 4) reading area and a pantry to chill, coffee tea, water dispenser & biscuit are free 5) room are spacious with high ceiling 6) aircond making a lot of noises, in quite mode the wind is not strong enough to chill the room, turn the air speed to stronger mode is making a lot of noises which affect sleep quality. time to service aircond 7) very limited parking. and parking spaces is small, it challenge for bigger car to park
