Comfortable and fair room price. Easy to find parking and classic British style look. Hotel Service is good and friendly.

Second stay but first time taking breakfast here. Gosh!!! The breakfast very lousy, the girl at the cafe was rude. If you dont want to work, pls resign! She said our room is not include breakfast rudely, when i ask reception, we got breakfasf. A+ for the reception and the room. But F for the breakfast.

Nice hotel but no swimming pool. Need to cross the road to the next building for pool activities

The location so convenient but the surrounding sound so noisy and too loud especially at midnight.

the breakfast lousy, the room looks very old, and the security box is damaged.

Stated 24 hours front counter service, when I check in, there is no one at front desk, after 15mins waiting, I called to resort hotel and the staff help to contact staff.

The pillow got smelly and towel also not so clean. Location is good Very near the jonker street

When go into room got smell. Window curtain very dirty n bathroom also dirty.. no more again for next trip

The room is big and clean but a little bit old. The check in and out service are excellent even tho we check in quite late at night. There are few restaurants and shop lots at the surrounding. It's a short distance to the Jonker street by car. Overall, we had a great time staying at this hotel.
