Hotel bilik bersih, cantik ala2 old school gitu, cuma kalau time public holiday parking mmg kena rajin cari, kalau malas cari parking jauh sikit lah dari hotel. lain semua okay

1. Takde air nk mandi & membuang pagi.. 2. Iron tak panas langsung -2 iron tukar tapi sama 3. Toilet tak leh flush .stress

Ada handuk bekas di belakang toilet. dan troli handuk di depan kamar ketika kami tiba di hotel. Pembersih juga membuang selimut bekas di tangga yang tidak layak sama sekali. dan itu adalah hal pertama yang kami lihat ketika kami tiba di hotel. Tapi saya tidak bisa berkata banyak karena hanya membayar sekitar rm100 untuk menginap. Kamarnya bagus

Cintai hotel ini karena desainnya yang sangat bersejarah! Anda dapat merasakan budaya klasik Malaysia..Untuk kamarnya, bersih dan terjangkau dengan bagiannya..Bahkan toiletnya sangat bersih!Sangat menyukainya!Kali kedua saya menginap dan akan mengulang lagi

Ruangan itu bagus Ada lift yang disediakan ni Tempat parkir terbatas Staf ramah Dekat dengan pusat kota Rumah kopi enak dengan makanan enak

Kami selalu senang tinggal di sini karena tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan kamarnya bersih

Everything there is good but if they can provide basic toiletries toothbrush and toothpaste and hairdryer would be great.

Hotel is deep inside. Night time very quiet. Walk down one alley and there’s plenty of eateries.

very nice and clean hotel. eventhough room is not big but comfortable for 2 person. room is carpeted 👍. toilet is clean. water pressure is good. my stay at hotel was great. many restaurant and coffee shop around hotel. hotel does not have lift, so you need to bring your bag using to room using stairs. but it is okay. as hotel is very comfortable.

The hotel is far away from the main attraction area of Melaka. Have this in consideration when booking. Whether you want a quiet location or a bustling one. With that being said, it is not exactly quiet as there is construction work happening just beside the hotel as early as 8am in the morning 🤦🏻♂️ The room is spacious for a solo traveller like myself. No shampoo was provided until I asked for it when house keeping was done. The A/C is extremely cold, so do adjust it to your own liking. On my last day here, I checked out early to go venture around jonker street for the last time and left my luaggage with the reception 👍🏼 When Im back, I asked for some bottled water to bring along my trip, as I wasnt given any the day before, but was told that they ran out of it? Pretty absurb to me. For a hotel to ran out of bottled drinking water. If I ever come to Malacca again, I definitely will seek accomodation elsewhere.. PS: The Nyonya restaurant within the hotel seems pretty popular, but I didnt get to try it 😵

Excellent boutique hotel in quiet part of central Melaka. Love the location of this hotel. Really nice ambient once entered this hotel with beautiful decoration,well maintained property. Absolutely my first choice next time in Melaka.

Overall it was a good stay at kapitan. Good location and a lot restaurants and cafes nearby and even downstairs. Deco is very good and hipster. Will definitely pay a stay next time

Location not far from city area.Hotel surrounded by lot of milk tea shops.Can't sleep well cause by room air conditioner not cool enough.

Overall checkin was easy, our room were upgraded for easy moving instead of needing to climb up to 2nd floor. Room were nice with toiletries provided water is strong and hot for a relaxing shower. Bed too is comfortable for a good night sleep.
