Bedrooms are in good general condition with firm beds. Breakfast was awful with no variety of food and limited selection of food and drinks. I would not stay at this hotel for long term. short stay in ok stay. This hotel rating I would give 1 out of 5 for overall service.

We recently came here for our umrah. As we entered this staff was really unfriendly arrogant to us. We were standing for half an hour for him to take us to our rooms. He was refusing to let us in and guide us to our room after half an a hour he brought the carrier to put our luggage on when he was walking he put on a GIANT smirk on his face which we were NOT happy with. I RDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE

Haremi şerife gidebilmek için otobüsler aşırı yetersizdi sürekli ayakta gidiyorduk veya bekliyorduk, zaten şoför otobüs ağzına kadar dolmadan asla gitmiyor .Hem giriş olsun hem çıkış olsun hep yanda ki otellerin otobüslerine binmek zorunda kalıyorduk ve bu insanları çok zorluyordu. Otelde odaya su çıkartmak yasak ve su servisi yok?! Bize siz çantalarınızda çıkartın demişlerdi herkes yemekhaneden çantasına koyuyordu ama buda yasaktı.Bir gece hastalıktan ölmek üzereydim ve ilaç içmem gerekiyordu ama su yok :D Yemeklerine bir şey söylemiyorum çok begenilmemisti ama onun aksine yemekhanede artık şef midir kimdir bilemiyorum gözlüklü takim elbiseli bir adam orada bizim tabaklarimizi toplayan elemanlari denetliyordu sanırım,bazı günler bizi zorla birilerinin yanına oturtmaya çalıştı tamam anlıyorum düzen sağlamaya çalışıyorlar ama bunu bu şekilde yapmak zorunda değildi orada gerginlikten başka hiç bir şey vermedi insanlara sinirli gergin ve moral bozucu birisiydi.Otelde temizlik istedik odamızı yeterli derecede temizlediler. Çalışanlar iyiydi güler yüzlüydü. Otelin etrafında türk bakkalı var biz oradan alışveriş yaptık. Ve otelin güzel yanı girişteki dükkandı gümüş yüzükler,tesbihler vs oradan hep alışveriş yaptık yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederiz oradaki çalışanlara :)) Ve otelimizde ki türk turizm görevlilerine...

We recently came here for our umrah and as we entered a staff worker treated us very poorly we were standing for half an hour for him to help us to go to our rooms and get our luggage there when he was walking he left a smirk on his face and told us that we are talking rude to him when he is! So I wouldn’t recommend this for any people!
