The hotel was closed, so I was redirected to the Mercure Aziziyah Hotel. The stay was impeccable, and everyone was happy. During Ramadan, a shuttle leaves the hotel almost every 30 minutes or even an hour in the morning, and in the afternoon, only three shuttles (2:30 p.m., 3 p.m., and 5 p.m.), followed by other shuttles after Tarawih prayers, which drop you off at the Haram extension. The rooms are very clean; they clean them daily upon request. There's a mosque right across the street from the hotel; however, there are no restaurants in the area, and no money exchange.

Actually I didn't stay at Ibis but I was relocated to Mercure Aziziyah Hotel. But it was amazing, the room was clean, the service was friendly, and all the furniture was luxurious.

I stayed in the hotel for almost 5 days and booked again on the counter for couple of days after i backed from Madina.
I suppose to stay one more day in Madina but since i booked the hotel so i backed on the scheduled day,
But when i arrive i found the hotel has been closed .
Luckily i didn’t paid for the booking i made and got back one of the baggage i kept there.

Affordable price, very good for family, there is shuttle bus to terminal for transfer to another bus to haram
