Great impressive hotel. A grand lobby with beautiful lights and a small fountain with comfy seatings around it. We booked a room with a partial haaram view, thinking we would be getting the same room as in the pic. Turned out the haram view is just a small tiny view, and was informed by the hotel manager that the pic displayed during booking is incorrect.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Yasir was very helpful to us.

Our return trip to Hilton, upgraded to a junior on arrival without asking, which was amazing view was ok on 1830.

Great location, lovely amenities and good staff. Rather busy, but that’s to be expected with the proximity to the Kaba.

Recommend. Will come back again here. Aamiinnn.

Good hotel to stay nearby haram

Excellent hotel, location very near to HARAM, friendly and helpful staff, great for visiting Maccall and performing Omrah, near gate 73 and wheel chair bridge. Down the hotel, there is hyper market, and there is a mall with food court on the fourth floor with lots of varieties.

Fantastic location next to gate 79 and 74. Shopping centre in the basement. Full continental breakfast.

We stayed there for a short trip it was lovely they upgraded us to a haram view room. The bed was comfortable and the place was lovely. A 2 minute walk to the masjid. All staff were very helpful at breakfast, and selection was great.

Usual place of stay and has the utmost services. The view is great and very close to the Masjid.
