Ulasan Worth Elite Hotel

I’m very disappointed with the condition of my current room. It is not clean, and I’ve even found insects inside, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the water is cold, making my stay even more uncomfortable. This is not the level of hygiene and service I expect from a hotel. I kindly requested the receptionist to change my room, but I was informed that no rooms are available. This is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to resolve these issues or to escalate the matter to management.

Clean and very near

I have to say that staying in the hotel is the best choice. Its walkable distance to Masjidil Haram. The hotel building is new, clean and the staff is very helpful. Thank you

Affordable price with the working distance from masjidil haram, clean rooms, and good response from the staff if we have any complaints. There are three lifts in the hotel but there is no integration each other. Its only lift 1 and 2 integrated. So some times we need to stop in each level and take long time to reach the GF or just wait the lift come. My reservation was getting the problem when I booked 2 rooms but I only got 1 room in the first day. However at the end they gave me the refund and compensation which is acceptable for me.

Great location, take 7 minutes to get to Haram courtyard. All amenities are very close by. Only negative are lift availibility. However I would stay again because of the price.

Very pleasant stay, rooms are clean and the location is good for the price offered Room service boys were good and treat you with lots of respect. Room size is not that big but mangable. Definitely will go back

There are several amazing hotels nearby that offer a variety of dining and shopping options, which added a great deal of convenience during my stay. The proximity to these amenities definitely made it easier to find good restaurants and places to explore. However, the one challenge I encountered was the location of the hotel itself. It was a bit difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors, as it’s tucked away from the main roads. Even with GPS, I found it a little confusing to navigate, so I recommend planning your route in advance. From Hotel to Masjid-Al-Haram it’s 7min walk, which is worth it. However, if you are extremely tired from walking then it’s bit tough. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and the taxi is bit expensive. Despite the minor location issue, Worth Elite Hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful staff and great options nearby, making it a solid choice for travelers to Makkah.
