Dapur menjijikkan tanpa rasa yang berulang ruangan sempit tidak berventilasi dengan bau jamur yang menyengat, sprei kotor satu-satunya kelebihan adalah lokasinya dekat Haram AC sudah tua sangat bising

Hotel yang harus dihindari. Satu-satunya keuntungan hotel ini adalah kedekatannya dengan masjid EL HARAM. Selebihnya sayangnya pengalaman yang sangat buruk: kamar sempit dan tidak terawat (karpet kotor, lemari pakaian hampir tidak bisa berdiri, AC kotor dan berisik, air di kamar mandi bocor, dll). Dari segi katering, lumayan saja. Sangat kecewa dengan tingkat pelayanan hotel ini. Staf yang sombong dan tidak menanggapi permintaan pelanggan… Saya tidak merekomendasikannya sama sekali. Menghindari !
