Great location right in Greenbelt - so easy access to food and to get around. Hotel is showing its age a bit in the room and bathroom fittings but this is offset by it's location.

The room we got was old, did not have a shower. Just a bathtub. They didn’t bother to fill the soap dispenser in the shower. For an Asian hotel, this had no bidet. When called to request room change to one that had shower. The customer service said that the duty manager would be calling us but no called ever came in.  For the price, the room was a disappointment. The hotel Location and everything else is great.

Ilove staying at the hotel it’s so clean and there’s no problem with amenities and my request is granted very well… and I always love the buffet breakfast it was superb…… and all the staff are friendly… thank you for my wonderful stay…

I recently stayed at I’M ahotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool, gym, spa, or restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious. The location was also perfect—close to [mention landmarks or conveniences nearby], which made exploring the area so easy. The ‘Unfairmont’ should be a 4 star hotel: - the worst restaurant buffet I’ve ever had … the chicken korma for example was just chicken in mayonnaise sauce and the rest was dry mean or no meat such as butter chicken curry with zero chicken in it (inattentive staff so remained like this through our dining) . The restaurant area is small so very noisy with chairs back to back so had to say ‘excuse me’ to diners behind me before moving my chat back to get out. ‘Fresh’ juices are from concentrate too. - No seats in the smoking area and signs up with diseases on. Not a place to savour a cigar. - Gym and rooms are than ordinary - Tv in the room too small to watch from the bed - Intolerable banging etc made it impossible to sleep.

Only an overnight stay for work - comfortable room and good service overall. Unfortunately wasnt able to give me a room when I arrived early - so had to freshen up in public toilet at lobby - be great if there is a business lounge for business travellers to do that.

The staff are friendly, location is great, but this time the room cleanings were not good enough, the carpet need to be replaced and clean also I asked the housekeeper to change bed sheets because it has a black stains. I booked the room for almost a week and last night I found letter from room head same like you don’t have the right to ask for late check out although I didn’t request it, it wasn’t very nice and I replied to him already. In front of the hotel a heavy sound of construction work.

We last stayed in this hotel more than 20 years ago. It is a great location, central to shopping malls and restaurants, cafes, bars etc. The hotel is first class, same as it was all those years before. The staff were lovely, well spoken, very professional. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, steam room all great! The buffet breakfast is more like a feast for kings and queens! Great variety, including international fare e.g. Japanese, Indian, oriental and western food. It was exceptional. My wife misplaced her purse with valuable jewellery. We asked reception and they found it for us. It had been handed in by a security guard. We gave the guard a generous reward for their honesty. Loved our stay and we will return.

Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this. 2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot. 3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware. 4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning. 5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

This hotel gave a tip top services from the staffs with clean n big room. They are very polite and helpful. Verities of breakfast n free flow of non alcohol drinks served at the lounge. Location is very good with many mall surrounding the area. Makati is very safe area to walk around. I'm so happy through out my stay & definitely will choose this hotel again.
