My wife and I stayed here in Jun 2006. Battled bold mice at night that were coming from the large gap beneath the aircon that completely froze. I caught three with a glue trap. The staff seemed somewhat helpful but mostly ambivalent. THe gap beneath the aircon was so large we could see another area below it that looked like some sort of service area. Someone could have stood there and set up a video camera if they wanted to record the guests. They would have filmed the rats entering the room from there. The rats were so bold that they would get on top of the television to get our snacks, and then drag them loudly across the floor when we were trying to sleep. This was 2006, and I see that in 2013 they still haven't gotten rid of them.
