Very good hostel, staff were so nice, they let me check in early as I had just arrived off a very long flight and wanted to freshen up and nap. Dorms where immaculate they seemed to be cleaned multiple times a day, dorm had large on suite bathroom with hot shower toilet and basin which was also very clean. Dorm beds all have blackout curtains own plug socket and light a nice duvet and clean sheets a large locker is also supplied . Aircon in dorm was perfect and kept the room nice and cool. The breakfast was basic but enough. Overall for the location and facilities I though the price was amazing i would highly recommend for anyone who is passing through manila for a few days.

10/10. My friend and I stayed there for 2 nights, it was very comfortable, the breakfast was really nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer several tours depending on the day of the week, we went on the Intramuros tour which was free, it was tip based and our guide was lovely. Definitely would stay here again if I go back to Manila. Only thing is that the wifi is a little bit spotty but still worth it!

Love to stay there. Everything was good.. Free guide tour of Cathedral. one thing there is a free Ferry near by . Please put this info at the desk.

I booked a bunk bed in the female dormitory. I cannot stand the stinking smell of the bathroom. I don’t think they are cleaning the bathroom properly. I urinate and want to get out immediately. The smell is so horrible that I had to go to the gym to take a shower. I will not book again.

1. Wifi still intermittent, been going there for 3 months consecutive 2. Bathroom should be clean more often each day since its a “hostel”. The only amenities “shampoo/soap” its not there only the bottle. 3. As well the room, provide tissues each room and spray disinfectant or air freshener 4. The breakfast was good for the price. But as I talked to other foreigners it could have been better as well for the taste. 5. The sitting cushions/cases on the Lobby and 7th floor is dirty, not sure if how many months since its been washed. 7. Lastly, I know its a hostel but you should place the staff that stays there on the same bunk not on different bunks because they always go in or out. LASTLY, please don’t give ANY INFORMATION esp the room number about the guest to anyone who come to the lobby that says they know the guest on this hostel. I know one of your front desk staff will know what I am talking about.

Location: 5/5. Easy to locate and is really in the certer. Service: 4/5. Front desk is easy to talk to, cheerful, and responsive. They also update guests from check-in details to hotel activities via Telegram. Their area for improvement though are the attendants at their resto (7F). Cleanliness: 3/5. Beds were clean and neat. The room we got was tidy upon arrival. However, the restroom at our assigned room has a pungent odor that even Lysol® can't eliminate. Also there were nymphs occasionally. Amenities: 4/5. While it doesn't have the usual ones like the pool or gym, it has an art gallery plus a rooftop that has events every weekend night. Also, they have card/board games that we borrowed. These made our stay more enjoyable.

I booked this for my friend, she had a good relaxing stay and so good breakfast
