Lokasinya bagus. Ada Starbucks di Lantai Dasar. Sarapan disajikan di George and Onnies' Filipino Restaurant yang Instagramable, juga di Lantai Dasar. Porsi menu yang disajikan agak kecil dan tidak ada prasmanan, tidak ada salad bar, dll. Kolam renangnya bagus. Gym bersih, tetapi ventilasinya kurang baik. Baunya berdebu dan berjamur. Kamar tidak memiliki sakelar lampu di samping tempat tidur, yang agak aneh. Area showernya kecil. Meskipun demikian, hotel ini lumayan. Namun, ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan.

I can confidently say that this hotel has become my go-to place whenever I’m in the area. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and carry a subtle fragrance that adds to the relaxing vibe — it’s the kind of detail that shows how much care goes into keeping the place welcoming. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. Every interaction feels personal, as if they’re invested in making your stay memorable. Whether it’s a simple request or a bigger need, they go above and beyond with a smile, and that kind of service is rare to find. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out because it consistently delivers comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality at the highest level. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home while still giving you the luxury of being cared for. That’s why I will always go back — because I know I’ll be treated with the same excellence every single time.

Excellent service. They let us check in early as the room is already ready. Breakfast is plated but has options and is very good. Staff at the front desk, Kat, is very charming and professional. All my requests prior to check in were taken care of. Some updating on the facilities and equipment are due but ok lang naman. :) thanks The Sphere!

1. many bugs (flies) n 2 cockroaches found 2. TV is “smart” but no netflix and youtube, only normal channels, basically normal tv 3. room service is daily but doesnt change sheets, bed covers and blankets 4. water is in bottled form, unsure about cleanliness 5. room cleaning spent 1.5h in a room next door after i requested it for my room, but left within 20 mins after cleaning my room, just not sure about the difference in timing 6. corner bed light is broken and will not turn off, had to turn it to a corner to sleep 7.fast wifi and aesthetic rooms

Not the best experience. The location in the Salcedo neighborhood is good, with international restaurants, malls, and shops within walking distance. Wifi and kitchenette were fine. However, the noisy air con was a dealbreaker -- its sudden, booming noises woke us up multiple times during the night, and we generally didn't sleep well. We were also disappointed to find the gym closed for maintenance -- not mentioned on the booking app. The cabinets and shower facilities were also somewhat dysfunctional.

good location,good breakfast,very clean, good amenities.Hope the TV has Netflix and with iron. But overall a good place to stay.
