Excellent service and security 24/7 , very clean and hygienic including well maintained pool and gym, good location at the centre of makati with many restaurants, malls , parks nearby had an amazing 2 week stay here

Clean, spacious, comfortable. For us, the relative proximity to the airport (it took about 20 minutes) and safety on the street were important.
We shared the room with two children. The baby slept on the bed between us, the bed is wide and comfortable, the mattress is hard, the bed linen is clean and pleasant.
The air conditioner is installed well, there is no direct air flow to the bed!
For a 7-year-old child, they put an extra folding bed. Although it is a folding bed, it is comfortable and solid. We paid about 1000 rubles per night.
Once a cockroach was noticed, but apparently this is the norm here.
The kitchen is equipped enough to make breakfast.
On the first floor there is a delicious cafe and Starbucks. Right across the street is 7/11.

Great location. There's a Starbucks at the Ground Floor. Breakfast is served at the instagrammable George and Onnies' Filipino Restaurant which is also at the Ground Floor. The plated menu portions were rather small and there is no sides buffet, no salad bar, etc. Pool is nice. Gym is clean but the ventilation is not good. It smells dusty and moldy. Room has no bedside light switches which is rather odd. Shower area is small. Nevertheless, this hotel is ok. Things can be improved further though.

The hotel is good! The location is great! The service is also great! The breakfasts are greasy for a morning meal. Not a buffet. You can only choose one dish. On the second day we took a fruit plate. We noticed cockroaches in the room.
