Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay Mamallapuram

Pemerintah sebelumnya memiliki 'ITDC Hotel' yang dibeli o*** grup GRT dan direnovasi dengan standar modern lebih dari 2 dekade yang lalu dan sekarang dijalankan o*** Grup Radisson selama sekitar 8 tahun terakhir. Kamar, fasilitas, dll semuanya mulai menunjukkan usianya, terutama jika dibandingkan dengan 'InterContinental Resort' dan 'Sheraton Resort' yang lebih b*** Layanan di Radisson Temple Bay juga campuran, banyak staf mungkin perlu dilatih ulang lebih baik (housekeeping, dll.) Makanan dan layanan sebaliknya di kedua restoran mereka 'Wharf' (di tepi laut yang h***s dicoba) dan Coffee Shoo 'Waters Edge' keduanya baik.

The stay was disappointing. Breakfast section was a mess. House keeping was average. There weren’t enough napkins and face towels in the room. Food was consistently below average. The pool that was by the sea was poorly kept. For the experience and amenities they offer the hotel is terribly overpriced. It was more like a 3-star resort and not 5-star like advertised

It is really a good resort in the heart of city where you can visit all the famous heritage sites within the vicinity of 3 km Food taste is really good in the in house restaurants, spa facilities are really good Pool view chalets are also very spacious though are basic category just outside the room there was large pool and you can enjoy and relax just outside Overall a very good experience for all age groups families and couples

This was our first trip to India and we can’t recommend this hotel enough! The grounds are spacious and well maintained. There is a long pool in the centre of the resort but we spent most of our time in the infinity pool by the beach. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Especially Prasun,Annu and Gautama in the restaurant. The hotel does offers a complimentary afternoon tea daily and the food in the Waters Edge restaurant was delicious. The staff advised us on where to visit in Mahabalipuram so we saw the Butter Ball and the Shore Temple. We had massages in the resort and these were fantastic! The hotel was spotlessly clean and gave our family a wonderful first impression of India.

One of the best resorts in Mahabalipuram. We stayed there for 2 days and it was worth it. There are so many activities to do. But the highlight is the rooms. We stayed in room 58. Very big and spacious. Some have balconies. The housekeeping staff is very courteous and responds proactively and incorporates all requests. We had swans made out of towels and rose petals on our bed. We did not ask for it, it was just there. I am especially mentioning the our staff's name, Mr. Arghya because he came in for regular check ups. I went and asked for his name before writing this. 10/10 for the service

The stay at all Radisson properties were always good. Specially Mahabalipuram is one of the nicest property. The staff is quite friendly with special mention of Arghya. Thanks team Radisson for once again wonderful hospitality and beautiful experience!!

I found room cleaniness and arrangement very good. My room number is 58 where view from balcony is amazing. Room service is quick and fantastic. Thanks to Arghya for all support during my stay. I would recommend to get experience atleast once.

This note is so fantastic - I almost don’t know what to say. Everything was perfect! The room was spacious & spotlessly clean. The food was excellent. The staff were excellent. The amenities were excellent! Two gorgeous pools & a lovely beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
