Cleanliness - 5/5, location - 4. 5/5 food- 4/5. The stay has been very good, i must say these cottages are designed just perfectly, very neat and clean and superbly maintained. Only drawback i see is there are transportation means to go to the market area if you dont have a vehicle. Food choices are minimum but nice food. Shashank does cook well. The operations manager is very helpful, goes above and beyond to help. In general, all the staff has been good. I highly recommend for large families or groups. I wanted to relax and i thoroughly enjoyed. To the owner- please have a electric vehicle or auto which guests can use as extra paid service.

Overpriced for standard room. Room and resort is very small. Its not worth your money. Check marutham resorts promoted by same group. Its really good.

The properties having a good ambience. Washroom is very congested. No welcome extremely slow room service restaurant service is poor and food quality average. Presentation on net is far better.

bird sanctuary was an awesome treat for your eyes! the birds speaks to us ☺️😍☺️ had a wonderful experience. kids had great time in pool and indoor activities. room and restroom was so clean and comfortable. pleasant stay overall ☺️

Stay was great, rooms were clean but bathroom was stinking a little. South indian breakfast was also good. Overall it was a nature loving staycation. However i feel that staff had collected money inappropriately for check out time extension without prior information. I have called the reception and informed that will be checking out in 1 hr took half an hr extra during which they have mentioned about the charges. Once i have handed over the key, they were like rs. 500 needed as extra charges. I have asked for justification, they have mentioned this is our policy. On request of invoice for the extra charges i was informed by the female receptionist that it will be sent via whatsapp which i didn't get yet. If it is genuine, please share the invoice for the extra time charges. If not please process refund of the same and take necessary action.

Resort is good but very isolated. Far from tourist place. They have lot of greenery and birds - which is a good part. But apart from that you will feel bored in the evening as there is no bar, no outside food allowed, no music to make your evenings morning breakfast is good.

Pros:we were 2 ladies with kids who stayed for a day. It went well. Very safe and quiet place. Food is good. Prompt service. Cons: cycles are not maintained and cannot be ridden. Pool time closes early by 6pm.
