Ulasan Explorers Hotel

Lokasi ideal sangat dekat dengan taman Disney dengan bus antar-jemput gratis. Saat menginap di hotel, parkir mobil Disney gratis, hemat 30 €. Kamar yang sangat luas dan sangat bersih, ketel dengan pod kopi, teh tersedia. Kami punya kamar dekat lift dan lorong jadi takut kebisingan di malam hari tapi kami tidur sangat nyenyak, kualitas tempat tidur dan sangat tenang, tidak berisik sama sekali. Sambutan yang sangat tepat, kesopanan semua staf dan penuh perhatian. Kami tidak makan malam di restoran tetapi makan pizza di restoran pizza, sangat baik dan kualitas tidak ada keluhan, sangat cocok untuk anak-anak (kue, es krim). Sarapan cukup tepat dan berlimpah, untuk hotel bintang 3 tidak meminta lebih. Prasmanan yang bervariasi dan segar, staf layanan yang ramah. Satu-satunya downside adalah nampan, yang merupakan kantin yang agak murah tapi mungkin lebih praktis untuk staf yang membersihkannya. Itu tidak mengganggu kami. Yang terbaik: kolam renang dengan seluncuran yang bagus, jet, struktur permainan, putra saya yang berusia 9 tahun bersenang-senang. Selain larut malam dengan lampu yang redup, enak banget. Tidak ada yang iri dengan taman air yang besar. Ruang video game, tentu saja membayar tetapi juga bagus untuk anak muda. Taman bermain dalam ruangan kecil, sangat bagus dan area bermain luar ruangan yang bagus. Kami senang dengan kami menginap di hotel dan pasti akan kembali. Sangat Puas!

The hotel in all was very well located. Service was somewhat limited. There was no iron for cloths and breakfast selection was very limited. Hot tea chocolate or coffee. Croissant bread and cakes. Sliced meats and fruits only

Great hotel in a fantastic location for Disney. Great parking and shuttle service. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Food in the evening great and the pool was open late which was great when the children wanted to swim later after a day out.

Absolutely shocking!! The night staff are completely cruel and impossible. If you complain they threaten you with the police 🤷‍♀️ insane when all you want is to change rooms. Me and my autistic 9 year old son stayed here over Christmas. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!! We were made to pay city tax straight away (not included in anything but in the long run that’s a minor scale of this dreadful stay. We asked to be moved rooms for a more peaceful night.. (not exactly a unreasonable request) They had us pack only to sit in reception on CHRISTMAS EVE to be ignored and put back into the same room after 2 hours! Don’t book here if you want anything that a respectable hotel would offer. We had no cleaner for 3 days, challenged for towels to enter the pool etc (Considering there towels are probably older than the hotel it was a bit cringe (bring your own if you stay here .. there’s actually a B&B next door also a Camponile. I’d seriously suggest these instead.. Every person that we spoke to here was dissatisfied and disappointed. It maybe “Close to Disney” and the website take good photographs of the pool … the pool is full of hair at first I thought it was a rat. Bedroom Carpets disgusting and in extremely desperate need of replacing Absolute rank hotel. If I could give it a zero star I would. No one of the night staff care, the men are actually really intimidating .. The guy with the glasses is just so rude and shouted at me in front of my petrified son for a simple room change. Disgusting behaviour, seriously don’t let the look of the pool fool you The reception night staff if you come across an issue are not bothered at all The actual hotel room are decrepit and theres cheaper places literally next door. Not worth a star Absolute let down. Here just a picture of the thread bare carpet in the room.

Absolutely discussed by the room filthy bed bugs the lot. Witnessed a very disturbing scene with a child who had autism was in pool during closing time and staff was happy to get him out the water and let him run free and said he’ll find his parents when he was about 9 years old non verbal and was very venerable young man.

For family with children, this hotel is amazing to stay in. All activities indoor & outdoor activities available which is really for fun children. Free shuttle available to Disneyland. Breakfast service is amazing service we received.

Good location and I slept well as it was so quiet. Also free shuttle bus is good.
