HSM Sandalo Beach

Had an amazing stay over the past week. Check in was done within 5 minutes and the two staff were amazing! The pool area is amazing and staff by the pool made the stay memorable. Apartment had an amazing view of the bay of magaluf and was well equipped for our stay.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the rooms are spotlessly clean, immaculate and crisp and fresh. The pool area is cleaned every single morning by the service guy, the pool area is so lovely and relaxing, views are to die for, the most breathtaking views. Staff are lovely and the food is fresh and. Colourful, I had the goats cheese salad and it was absolutely beautiful, the chef is amazing, I also had the avocado on toast which was just simply beautiful. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel . Thank you to all the staff there .

Nevwr co ing abroad again. So got here no beds no bedroom dissabled wife have to put 2 sofas together to sleep i want to go home and I aint even set the bed up yet. Might have well stayed in a hostel. And it's right next to the balcony door where neighbours are right next to the door.

First impressions: Clean premises and welcoming reception. Room was huge, clean, comfortable with 2 sets of doors leading out to a massive balcony - the view is incredible! Adult only, not too rowdy and nicely located between Magaluf and Palma Nova.

This is seriously the best hotel I have ever stayed in. After staying here two years ago In a studio and falling in love with that. We managed to get their heaven suite this time. What can I say "wow oh wow" I really can't put into words how perfect this room is. The whole hotel is fantastic what ever room you stay in. All rooms have incredible views over Magaluf beach and out to sea. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful with any queries you have. It's a spotlessly clean hotel , we had a sand storm last week which left the hotel completely covered and staff worked extremely hard the next day to get it back to normal. Food is amazing and very fairly priced. Pool area is clean with great views and the jacuzzi is great for chilling in. Back to the heaven suite... I seriously can't put into words how amazing this room was. From the moment I walked in I was lost for words and emotional. It's just perfect. My partner also proposed to me on the second night making it even more amazing. Thank you to everyone for making this past week one of the best I have ever had and we will certainly be back for a third time. See you soon! Sasha & Gareth

Quite literally THE loveliest hotel ive ever stayed in ……….. the only down side is it is at the top of the steepest of banks so not ideal for people with walking problems/mobility issues etc …… now thats out of the way …. On to the good stuff….. that horrendous walk up the hill makes it all worth while when you see the incredible views of the sea/beach and bars etc …. Every room has a fantastic sea view that overlooks the amazing pool/poolside !!!!! Can honestly say this is the only hotel ive ever known where the hotel looks exactly like it does in their photos ……. Beautifully decorated …. Clean everywhere …. Plenty sunbeds ….. wonderful staff from receptionists, cleaners, bar staff and lifeguards and the studio room was lovely ….. very modern very spacious and well equipped !!! I could not reccommend this hotel any higher and i cant wait to return in september
