Golfcourse layout is beautiful . But maintenance is shocking. 1st tee hardly any grass . Hoping things would improve later on , we were disappointed. Overall long drive from Chiangmai absolutely not worth it . Greens had been hollow pinned and were in bad shape . Bunkers hadn't seen a rake in a long time . Caddies were nice but clueless.

Great Expectations
Not what i was expecting for $273 USD.
The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator).
There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site.
The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub.
The hotel is understaffed and distant. Despite having booked their most expensive room, I felt like I was paying a telephone bill.
The room service menu was limited, bland and expensive. The breakfast reminded me of riding coach on a budget airline.
Normally, I would not post anything negative unless absolutely nessesarry. However, $273 was WAY too much for what was delivered.
I can not speak about the golfing experience as we were there for the comfort. However, the golf course seemed to get more attention.
There was plenty of drinking water. The room was spacious, small robes provided and a working television.
I hope this will save the next travellers some time and money.

Does it make sense for four women to go and say there is no room, and two of them go and stay 100km away? Never go there. Management and staff service are the worst. They said they wouldn't give me a refund and that they would charge me the cost of moving to the accommodation, and I don't like it when I come with my friends and get torn apart in two. It's just too much. It is the most unfair and scary trip I have ever taken with my own money. I'm so angry that I'm being treated like this in a place that's not my country and I can't do anything about it. Don't look at people and money too easily

We played Gassan Khuntan upon a recommendation of a local golfer. We were surprised and disappointed. The course condition was rough, greens slightly shaggy and not well manicured. Caddies we had were not knowledgeable when asked distance, however they were kind and polite. The club house and locker rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The price we paid did not reflect the facilities (condition of course and clubhouse). I would not play here again - we found better courses in Chiang Mai.

Ça a du être un beau golf mais bâtiments totalement défraîchis . Toilettes sales et pro shop vide. Restaurant correct Déchets un peu partout en-dehors du parcours. Nous sommes partis du trou numéro 10 à 9h avec tous ceux qui avaient commencés à partir de 6h30 et qui arrivaient .Parfois 4 parties au départ du trou en pleine chaleur ! Au total 200 départs sur un mardi ! Ils ne refusent personne … Nous avons loué le matériel et pas de sac pour femme! Pas d’hybride, juste 1 driver et un bois 5 Nous avons mis plus de 5h!! Sinon parcours difficiles( bcp d’eau et technique) et en bon état Cadettes sympas Bref nous avons préféré jouer le Bangsai country club

The G4Fun group went to Chiangmai in Dec to play 6 different courses over 8 days. We played North Hill on day of arrival and played Gassan Khuntan the next day. There are 3 nine hole courses in this Club.We played White Bridge Course A and River Course B. Both courses were challenging with many water hazards The course was very beautiful with many mature trees among the mountain terrain. Mount Khuntan can been seen in the background. The greens were well maintained and difficult to read. This golf course won best winner of people's choice award for three successive years from 2015 to 2017.
