Ttdc Hotel TamilNadu - Madurai 1

I found the hotel and room old fashioned. The room was clean but mattress had hair. There was no hot water in the evening. The manager in the restaurant was kind and served a nice meal. He was generous and offered a extra bowl of payasam. I was able to get a taxi to go to the airport without difficulty as the hotel manager arranged a good taxi and driver. Uber is not reliable as they increase the fare when they know it's a tourist or a woman. I did not want to take a chance with uber or unknown taxis. The hotel manager gave information about buses and a vishnu temple. My room was ready. It is good that a single woman can get accomodation and feel safe.

Cleanness was not proper, Toilets are too small,and breakfast was not upto the mark.

no consideration no soap no towel given worst room no air circulation at all. cost of team was 37 re which r very costly. I comprlimentyary breakfast only idli bDa dosa given no fruit no sandbtch omlet given

The stay was good but we had a medical emergency and when asked for hospital info or location at the reception they didn't guide us and helped us

By mistake i booked a non ac room. I requested them to allot an ac room which they did. However, they charged me rs. 3300 extra. For more than rs 3200 per day, the room was dirty, coated with dust everywhere. Room service was non existant. They supply water bottles only on request. The bathroom was dirty, the door broken. The complimentary breakfast was of poor quality. Overall, it was a bad experience. The only plus point was that the staff was good, courteous and cooperative.

It was a very good experience. The ambience good, cooperative staff, washroom good, hot water available only in the morning nearby station. For family stay it's a good choice. Breakfast is included and it was yummy.
