Hotel dengan Wi-Fi di Madrid

I really love this hotel. I welcome cakes and bear candy on the first day. It is delicious, and the quality of the toiletries is very good. The hotel has a free mobile internet, a deposit of 200 Euros, and a refund. The breakfast area is small but it is really pleasant. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sun and tea, it is full of holiday. I will definitely stay again next time.

Within a ten-minute walk from the train station, there are many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Parque de El Retiro. It's not far to walk to the city center. The staff are helpful and polite. The room is large and fully equipped. Very good stay experience.

Good location and near to Madrid airport but a bit distance from city centre. It’s actually at the same building with metro/renfe train station. So it’s convenient to go to the city centre using those. However, the wifi provided is very very slow and took a long time even to check google map.

Lovely hotel, amazingly centrally situated, and so we were able to walk to all the things we needed to see and do. Breakfast excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. Staff generally very kind and polite. Our one complaint was that the TV in the bedroom we had, kept losing or freezing the picture on the BBC world news channel, and a small icon kept appearing from LG, which after waiting a while restored the screen. We complained about this on the first morning we were there, and the reception noted it and siad an engineer would go and attend to it. This was not done and for the whole stay sadly we were frustrated by the TV which was really of no use to us what so ever. I have read other similar stories on Tripadvisor about the same complaint, and so clearly the hotel is aware of the problem but seemingly chooses not to do anything about it. This is a shame, beacuse something so easy, and expected would make a huge difference to one's enjoyment of the room. Other than that, really we had no complaints, and would certainly stay again.

It was friendly and clean. Each and every detail was taken care of, and the hotel design was truly unique. It's a great location for sightseeing around.

Excelent location near airport but in a quiet zone. Big rooms with all the facilities. We'll be back for sure.

One of the best hostel in central Madrid. Everything is so near. Strategic location, very near to Plaza Mayor. All staff are friendly and helpful. The beds and Washrooms are clean too. They also have amazing roof top cafe with stunning views. The ba*****t kitchen is cool. Kudos to The Hat Madrid team. Highly recommended and i will definitely come back for my next summer holidays. Good in location, near Atocha station. Good hotel facilities. Good star services. Good breakfast. BUT be careful to select the room, my room get a big column inside living room and bath room, very bad experience. I book the Superior twin room, but not superior, only at 1/F. No place to put our luggage, no table to put our accessories. May be you have to pay more to book large room will be better. And bad entrance design, you need to to go inside through a staircase, will be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

It is in the best spot in the center and is the cheapest among other hotels in the same area
