Stafnya ramah dan pelayanannya sangat baik. Namun, di kamar hanya ada selimut tipis di tempat tidur.

Hotel yang bagus, kamar yang luas, pemandangan Tetuán dan Madrid yang fantastis. Sarapan yang luar biasa! Sangat dekat dengan stasiun Metro dan akses mudah ke Bandara Madrid dan pusat kota. Sempurna 👌

Hotel location is very good. In the same line with the main stations, several stations far from the city center. Nearby a big supermarket Mercadona, and too many affordable shops around. Personal are so kind, room has been cleaned every day, the bathroom was clean enough, the breakfast would be better, interior was too beautiful. Also thanks to you i remember Madrid with positive emotions🙏🏼❤️

A lovely quirky hotel with helpful staff, and motivational messages! Good breakfast in the cafe. Clase to 2 metro stations

Convenient location with nice staff. A grocery store is just right opposite the hotel, and there is also a bakery cafe inside the hotel.

Really what you expect from a three-star hotel. No water provided, room was cold overall and no soundproofing whatsoever.

El hotel chulisimo, un precio super bueno para lo bien que está el hotel. La decoración de la habitación nos encantó y el desayuno también!!

房間隔音不好，外面大街上的汽車過來過去很吵。對面有食品蔬菜超市，不遠處有個中國人開的百貨超市，貨品特別豐富。酒店的房間很小，但很乾凈。單人房間僅提供一個浴巾一個毛巾，不提供拖鞋，牙具，餐巾紙，房間內沒有WiFi。被子很薄，但提供了備用毯子，晚上壓上就沒問題。空調是冷暖的，運轉起來沒有聲音，這點非常滿意。早餐是在與酒店相連的麪包房吃，早上被麪包房的烘焙香味驚醒，早餐的量特別大，一個人沒吃完。

酒店交通方便，離地鐵和公交很近。周邊超市林立，很方便。 酒店門臉不大，一樓衹有很小的前台區域，旁邊是個餐館，早餐既對社會開放，也為酒店住客提供份餐。餐館裏有位西班牙女士積極用中文溝通，甚是友善。 酒店電梯有一把獨特鑰匙，走裏面的專用通道。整體裝修像個美容院，進門聞到一股較強的潮濕氣息。門是往外拉的，進去後有個小台階。衞生間是個淋浴房，沒有浴簾，不是普通的正式的衞生間，洗浴時水容易漫出來。小小的洗手枱在衞生間外面。 房間臨街，噪音較大；窗簾不遮光，晚上馬路上的燈光很亮地透過窗簾，不利於休息。 不過，空調正如其他評論所言，安靜無聲，是個加分項。 被子偏薄，好在門口有毯子，加上空調，温度適宜。

Tuve una habitación individual con todo tipo de detalles agradables, como la cesta de bienvenida. Lo único que no funcionaba muy bien el sistema del agua del wc. Pero lo comenté en recepción y llamaron enseguida para repararlo. El desayuno incluido fue abundante y variado. Lo recomiendo.

Estuvimos una noche y la estancia ha sido buena y el servicio también, nos atendieron muy amablemente y todo muy bien . La habitación también bien respecto a la limpieza, camas, baños . La ubicación un poco lejos del centro pero tiene metros cercanos para poder cogerlos y buses. Muy contentos con la estancia

Hemos ido a un curso en Madrid, el hotel y el servicio muy buenos. Hemos ido en numerosas ocasiones. Saludos Antonio Bueno
