Staying at this hotel in Madrid was a real bummer. I didn't look at the store's photos carefully before ordering, so I may have ordered it hastily. When I checked in, I found that the room facilities were even worse than those of a small hotel. There was a small window, but when it was opened, there was still a wall, and the room was very cold and damp. The bed sheets were worn out and had bugs in them. The worst thing was that the back was very thin. The room was very cold at night and I almost caught a cold. Friends who want to stay in this hotel must be careful, the price is not cheap

Lightning! The air conditioner in the room is broken and can't blow warm air. There is no hair dryer, no kettle, and no free mineral water, which needs to be paid for. The "quilt" is made up of two sheets and a thin blanket. The room is very cold. Moreover, the room is very small and the sound insulation is also very poor, like a youth hostel. It is highly not recommended.

The location is great! It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the main square. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and a large primark is right near the accommodation. The room is clean, spacious and good!

It is located a little inside from Gran Via Street. It's in the city, so you don't have to worry about eating, sightseeing, and shopping. The front desk is very friendly. Is it a little pricey? I thought, but the room was spacious and clean. I was just wondering how many hairs were in the bathroom... There was no hair dryer, so I borrowed one at the front desk. As for amenities, there are only bar soap, shampoo, rinse, and body soap. It was very good that the connection to Wi-Fi was not unstable.
