酒店服務人員非常專業，很詳盡解釋設施，樓下有 餐廳有中午，晚飯都可以不用出去，餐廳食物也不錯，開放式廚房，而且離機場比較近。 因此我們決定住多兩晚！

아이들과 함께 편하고 즐거운 추억이 되었습니다. 조식도 좋았고, 객실 침대도 좋았습니다. 소파베드도 괜찮았어요. 호텔 바로 앞 버스를 타고 시내로 이동하기 좋았습니다.

Un hotel que tiene los servicios justos, el servicio de bar es decente, la piscina está bien, aunque falta tumbonas. Con respecto a la atencion, ahí soy más neutral ya que hay muchos empleados que están empezando o son de empresas rivales, pues se siente cierta falta de coordinación o inexperiencia en algunos servicios. Por ejemplo en el bar, tuve que esperar bastante tiempo porque los jóvenes no sabían preparar algunos cócteles y solo despacharon cervezas. En la comida igual, algunos camareros no sabian explicar bien el menú o hacer alguna recomendación, sino que llamaban a otro para que les echara un cable. Con esto no quiero decir que sea malo, ni nada por el estilo ya que tanto los cócteles y la comida estuvo bien.

沒有洗漱用品和拖鞋，要自帶哦。前台人很nice，入住會送一瓶免費的礦泉水，但不是每天都送。早餐提前預訂會有優惠。

Pues para ser un 4 estrellas lo veo justito ,piscina pequeña, Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron a una habitación superior es lo positivo

酒店環境很好，沒有噪音，住的比較舒服，很安靜，早餐很好吃，很豐盛！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

The hotel was good and clean with all the amenities listed being provided. The location was ok as it isn’t in the city center but a 15 min ride away which isn’t too bad. The issue we had was with the concierge and the rude behavior that he displayed twice. First, when we entered he made a scene about the water in the lobby, and second he profiled us and made our family feel unwanted. Hotel was good but the staff could use a lesson on hospitality.

The property was a bit far from the center of Madrid, but the hotel was good. Staff was professional and knowledgeable

The sofa bed hadn’t been made up when we checked in but was sorted promptly. The room was a decent size with the sofa bed made there was still space to move around. Buffet breakfast set us up for the day touring the city. Factor in taxi costs €15 a trip. Good value accommodation.

Loved the room, the restaurant, the bar, the pool. Checkin was quick and easy. Checkout time was extended at our request with no charge. The hotel was in a convenient location. We enjoyed our 3-night stay.

Cleaning service not clean, missing items, or not cleaning items. Room key has to be re-programmed everyday, yes everyday. Rooms are NOT designed for 2 adults and 2 children, way tooooooo small.

Very nice hotel and room. Elevators were small so it took several stops before we could fit on it w people and luggage. But would be happy to stay again.

This property is very good. It’s clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing and facilities are in very good condition. The location we thought had limited dining options nearby, however, it’s a good option if you want to stay near the airport. It’s a a short 15-20 min drive to the airport and about a 30 min ride on bus to Madrid city center. Overall we thought it was good value for money.
