Kamarnya besar dengan tiga tempat tidur. Ada banyak restoran di lantai bawah hotel. Sarapan di sebelah enak dan tidak mahal Letaknya tidak jauh dari tempat-tempat wisata dengan berjalan kaki, termasuk Istana Kerajaan Madrid, Taman Liyuan, Galeri seni berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki

Terletak di pusat kota, dengan bar di lantai bawah sangat bising saat tidur, dan menutup jendela tidak membantu. Tidak ada fasilitas, hanya cukup untuk tidur. Satu titik untuk lokasinya, dekat banget dengan subway. Lagipula tidak direkomendasikan.

Hotel ini terletak di tengah. Tapi tidak ada ketel, tidak ada sandal, tidak ada air di kamar. Belum lagi jubahnya.

Hotelnya sudah tua banget dan hanya bisa dianggap hostal. Kasurnya bernoda dan kepala pancurannya rusak dan tidak bisa berdiri. Sarapannya kurang enak dan orangnya banyak pada suatu waktu. Bar air di kamar membutuhkan biaya, tidak ada stopkontak di samping tempat tidur, dan komputer tidak dapat terhubung ke WIFI. Ada bar di bawah, dan Anda masih bisa mendengar kebisingan di malam hari. Untuk lebih dari 1.000 malam, saya tetap merekomendasikan menginap di hotel bintang empat yang agak jauh adalah tetap nyaman dan istirahat yang baik.

We were so looking forward to staying at this property. I got sick in the second day of my trip in Marakesh and we went back to USA cutting our three wks vacations short. I got all my refunds back from every other hotel and airlines except this property. We sent them hospital stays, bills, doctors etc and even though they still rented my room they never got me a refund despite trip.com triying so many times. Very poor way of doing business and scanning public. I will look elsewhere in my next stay.

Very convenient location within walking distance to shops and major attractions, with a lively atmosphere at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my friend to check in early after her morning flight. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a charming basement dining area. A decent hotel with a touch of vintage character.

Stayed there only for two nights as I had an appointment at the US embassy.

Great place and location. Only problem it you have lots of luggage you need to walk to taxi stand. Very friendly staff and clean. A bit noisy at night but bearable

Amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. he hotel is in the heart of Madrid, which makes it very convenient. Moreover, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

The receptionist was very friendly. He even gave me some recommendations of places to go to and the hotel offers a discount for dining at the restaurant next door. The location is great but it can get a bit noisy early morning with the guests returning from a night out. Overall I had a great stay.
