It was a rather pleasant stay at Ibis budget. Location on the metro is super central, perfect for even walking to the Madrid Royal Palace during good weather. Receptionist was friendly and informative if you have any questions just ask them! We could also use the microwave in the pantry and there was a water dispenser there. Room was small and shower did not have a curtain, just a frosted glass in the room, so do take note if it is a concern for you. My sole complaint would be the noise level, we stayed during New Year's festive period so there was quite a bit of fireworks going on every night, the window was not sound proof enough to block out the noise. Overall I would still rate it a decent stay, safe area and has pretty much all that you need!

The location of the hotel is perfect, a walking distance from the city center. The staff is friendly and supportive and breakfast is also ok. The towels are not changed daily and you don’t get amenities like hair drier and slippers in the room. Before arriving I read that neighborhood was very noisy but it’s not true. But overall I recommend if you are searching for a budget stay in Madrid.

不喜歡這個酒店。房間小的可怕，無法放下2個行李箱😓😓😓！另外，除了洗澡和洗手液之外什麼都不提供，連漱口杯都沒有🙂↔️！這個酒店除了離地鐵站和火車站近一點，沒有任何的理由去住這家酒店！非常不，不，不推薦！！！我這個行程中住過的五家酒店中最差的酒店！

位置極佳 ，就在捷運站出口，很方便 房內空間略小，但可接受 飯店內有微波爐，旁邊有24小時的家樂福，很容易可以購得食物回飯店微波！

西班牙的國內快捷酒店，沒窗户，沒拖鞋，設施不去國內的七天如家，不給暫時存放行李，而且相同價格完全可以在西班牙訂購四星級或者洲際之類的酒店

今までに利用したイビスの中では最悪のコスパです。週末の２日にしてもあのレベルの部屋が１泊三万円近くするとは驚き！イビスの特徴は無駄を省き、環境に寄与しながら、客にも還元すると理解して来ましたが？フロントにも対応の良くない女が一人いました！
