I stayed at the hotel for a yoga retreat end of March. Beautiful place, a very welcoming hotel, and excellent staff. The room and hotel services, including transportation, lived up to expectations. Closed to all Sky facilities. Highly recommended.

You will be really well looked after here with good food in very comfortable surroundings. The staff are friendly and attentive. The shuttle service to the ski slopes works really well on demand with very short waiting times. The barman in particular is an absolute gem giving perfect service, and making the very best Bombardinos. We enjoyed the spa to relax after skiing. It is small but so relaxing and was never crowded. Treat yourself to a massage. It was so much better than others I’ve had elsewhere. The only thing I could say needs improvement was the WiFi which isn’t great. We both had a very good phone signal though and I appreciate you don’t go on holiday to be on the phone.

We stayed here in July, booked through Tui holidays. The Gianna is a small boutique hotel owned by the Armani family since the 1960s. It is set at the quiet end of the small Dolomites village, where there are 4 nearby summer mountain gondolas. We were warmly greeted on arrival, and all of the staff made us feel extremely welcome. There are excellent facilities including a 6 course delicious fine dining dinner, varied breakfast, & afternoon tea. The rooms are very comfortable with beautiful views of the valley. We slept really well here and our room was quiet. We purchased through the hotel the Dolomeet Passion card for 36E which gave access to the transport system including the gondolas. There are beautiful gardens, a swimming pool, spa, & a hot tub in the garden. We had a fabulous time and would definitely return here for a summer walking holiday. The hotel’s real asset is the family owners and their staff, they couldn’t have done more to make us welcome. Thank you!

We stayed at the Gianna on a week’s ski holiday with Crystal Ski having chosen the hotel based on reviews. The hotel is great and we have no complaints at all. We’ve done a fair amount of ski holidays (all with Crystal) and this hotel compares well against others. Room was lovely, clean, well serviced and the staff were really friendly. If you’re worrying about distance from lifts, then don’t. The hotel’s mini bus (run by Florino) is very efficient, I don’t think we ever waited more than 10 mins to be picked up after a day’s skiing; you just give him a call. Food is all good and the wine isn’t expensive at all, the Prosecco at €24 is especially nice 😂. We’ve never skied Madonna before (we’re intermediate skiers in our late 50s) and enjoyed the area. Some of the reds are challenging, especially in the morning when the piste is still very firm, but nothing too bad. Lifts are a bit of a mix, some great and some ancient, there are also a couple of pinch points, so plan accordingly, there is routinely only one option to get from A to B. Don’t be put off though, the area is good fun and we enjoyed the week. Finally, Crystal Ski seem to be an easy target for some online. We’ve travelled twice a year with them for the last decade and they’ve always been fine😀

Second trip to the Dolomites and the first time we have stayed in Madonna Di Campiglio. A 7 day visit and a great experience all round at the hotel, staff were excellent and the food was amazing. It is a a great small hotel that provides for all your needs.

Excellent, cosy hotel; room and bathroom are very clean; very good food; wide choice for breakfast and real feast for dinners; nice SPA; convenient ski storage room; all staff very helpful and kind (Maurizio :); the hotel is located within 12-15 mins walking distance from the ski lifts, however the hotel provides a ski-bus running on demand; highly recommended :)
