I stayed at the hotel for a yoga retreat end of March. Beautiful place, a very welcoming hotel, and excellent staff. The room and hotel services, including transportation, lived up to expectations. Closed to all Sky facilities. Highly recommended.

You will be really well looked after here with good food in very comfortable surroundings. The staff are friendly and attentive. The shuttle service to the ski slopes works really well on demand with very short waiting times. The barman in particular is an absolute gem giving perfect service, and making the very best Bombardinos. We enjoyed the spa to relax after skiing. It is small but so relaxing and was never crowded. Treat yourself to a massage. It was so much better than others I’ve had elsewhere. The only thing I could say needs improvement was the WiFi which isn’t great. We both had a very good phone signal though and I appreciate you don’t go on holiday to be on the phone.

We stayed at the Gianna on a week’s ski holiday with Crystal Ski having chosen the hotel based on reviews. The hotel is great and we have no complaints at all. We’ve done a fair amount of ski holidays (all with Crystal) and this hotel compares well against others. Room was lovely, clean, well serviced and the staff were really friendly. If you’re worrying about distance from lifts, then don’t. The hotel’s mini bus (run by Florino) is very efficient, I don’t think we ever waited more than 10 mins to be picked up after a day’s skiing; you just give him a call. Food is all good and the wine isn’t expensive at all, the Prosecco at €24 is especially nice 😂. We’ve never skied Madonna before (we’re intermediate skiers in our late 50s) and enjoyed the area. Some of the reds are challenging, especially in the morning when the piste is still very firm, but nothing too bad. Lifts are a bit of a mix, some great and some ancient, there are also a couple of pinch points, so plan accordingly, there is routinely only one option to get from A to B. Don’t be put off though, the area is good fun and we enjoyed the week. Finally, Crystal Ski seem to be an easy target for some online. We’ve travelled twice a year with them for the last decade and they’ve always been fine😀

Second trip to the Dolomites and the first time we have stayed in Madonna Di Campiglio. A 7 day visit and a great experience all round at the hotel, staff were excellent and the food was amazing. It is a a great small hotel that provides for all your needs.

Excellent, cosy hotel; room and bathroom are very clean; very good food; wide choice for breakfast and real feast for dinners; nice SPA; convenient ski storage room; all staff very helpful and kind (Maurizio :); the hotel is located within 12-15 mins walking distance from the ski lifts, however the hotel provides a ski-bus running on demand; highly recommended :)

I adore Italy, and Madonna di Campiglio holds a special place in my heart. But recently, we stumbled upon a hidden gem within this already enchanting paradise. As I bid farewell to the owner Christian, I couldn't help but express my sentiments: Hotel Gianna è un hotel con cuore. This is a hotel with a soul. Impeccably clean, with services and dining experiences that exceed expectations. The warmth and hospitality extended by the staff, bartenders, and owners Christian, Federico, and Claudia and Father Armani were truly remarkable. And let's not forget the indulgent wellness facilities: sauna, whirlpools, swimming pool, steam bath, and more. And Elizabeth, the holistic massage therapist, left me in awe with her skillful touch. Furthermore, being able to practice my Italian during the stay added an extra layer of enjoyment. It felt like a healing journey, amidst the breathtaking Eastern scenery blanketed in snow, with the final day graced by the warmth of the sun. Without a doubt, will be returning to this sporty ski (summer) haven of abudance&tranquility - Saskia - the Netherlands

This is a lovely old school family run hotel. Most of the staff seem to have been working here for some time which is often a good sign. A lovely friendly bunch. One or two slightly quirky bits bit that just adds to the charm of the place. The locations is good but just on the edge of town so a 10 minute walk into the very centre. We were half board and the evening food was varied and lovely with a locally sourced focus - I think this is a good option for those staying here. We were snow walking rather than skiing on this trip. The town is well geared for this with about 15 marked walks and maps available in the hotel. This was the first time we had done this rather than ski but a lovely variation to getting into the quiet parts of the mountains away from the noise of the pieste. Post exercise use of the spar was great - lovely outdoors sauna and hot tub as well as the rest, steam room and swimming pool etc inside the hotel. My two minor feedback issues are 1. The internet was really poor (I know that me be out of your control) but phone signal was fine. 2. If you are brit take a kettle and tea, not in the room. Overall, I felt this was great value for money. Many thanks for making our stay a really enjoyable experience. We are already talking about coming back next year.
