The Hotel Dahu is magnificent. It has an amazing atmosphere and looks even better than in the pictures. I really like their Junior Suite—its beautiful design and vibe, where every detail fits together to create a pleasant and harmonious feeling. I especially enjoy the delicious breakfast with the gluten-free croissants, the stunning views, and the incredible spa after a day of skiing, which brings a blissful sense of relaxation. One thing to note: if you stay on the first floor, there may be some noise from the restaurant in the evening. Therefore, it's better to have dinner there (which is also exceptional!) or, if you prefer to sleep early, I'd prefer a room on one of the upper floors. The Hotel Dahu has a unique character and spirit. When I think about it and the experiences it offers—especially its spa—I must admit that it truly goes beyond imagination.

I have tried to book a room at this hotel and was first met by very friendly reservation manager I confirmed my book for a week by mail and asked if they needed my Card number to confirm which they told me could wait until the morning and that they would hold the room for me. I called back after sending my card number and was told “someone else booked the room overnight” As I inquired about how the situation unfolded differently that their commitment there was some infighting and screaming on the phone among hotel staff which hung up on me 3 times. As I called back the situation continue to escalate among the staff and I was told “you should not come, this is a bad place for you” and “there is no other booking, we just think we should charge more sorry” and “there is no more room ciao”. Upon reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, it turns out that there are several reviews mentioning staff can be rude and agressive to clients. I guess I witnessed this very much and glad I ended not confirming I guess !

We had a lovely week in the hotel in January for a ski holiday. The hotel is directly adjacent to the piste and 100m ski down to the Pradalago lift. The staff were very polite and worked tirelessly to look after all their guests. The rooms were a generous size and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty on offer with local produce and the evening four course dinner was exceptional in both presentation and taste. Gourmet food at its best. The waiting on staff were very attentive and looked after our table so well. We made good use of the spa facilities after skiing on most days. We had to leave early on our last morning and the night porter was kind enough to make us a quick espresso before we departed at 6 am. Madonna is a beautiful and charming ski resort and I couldn't fault our stay in Hotel Dahu, everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent location/ski in ski out blue slope and few minutes away from centre… Stayed on half board and the food was out of this world. Definitely value for money and the staff are exceptional! Big well done to the Chef! Hats off! And the waiters are super polite and helpful… Everyone does his best to make sure you are having a wonderful stay..

The hotel is very well located (ski to door) and the staff is great. Two points stood out: 1) food of the restaurant. It was surprisingly good. The menu was always changing (we spent 6 days and we could chose different options every day). Food is Marvellous! 2) Staff. Both hotel staff and restaurante related were amazing. Very polite. A particular thank you to Klajd, working with customer in the restaurant. What a service! Thank you a lot! In summary, this place is totally recommended!

Very good hotel at great location in Madonna. You get into the slope just outside the hotel and a very serviceoriented skirental is located 50 meters from the hotel. Rooms were clean and we had a fantastic view over the village and mountains. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner was really good. We will come back.

Great staff, a real Ski in Ski Out with Ski. Ski down 100 yards to the ticket office and gondola, and just right off the slopes in the ski lockers and boot heaters. Easy Parking, food was beyond expectations. Overall I am happy with the price for the value.

Nonostante avessi segnalato con anticipo la necessità di alternative vegetariane, idealmente vegane, non è stato possibile ottenere un pasto vegetale discreto. Trovo inaccettabile che in un hotel a quattro stelle l’unica alternativa sia servire fagioli direttamente da un barattolo, (con una lunga attesa mentre il resto del tavolo aveva finito il secondo). Non è stato possibile parlare con lo chef ma nel 2025 è inammissibile non poter offrire un piatto vegetale sufficiente. *lascio l’immagine di uno dei pochi piatti totalmente vegetali serviti* Lo staff di sala è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e ha fatto il possibile per rimediare agli errori della cucina, ma alcune problematiche erano fuori dal loro controllo. La struttura è molto comoda e la posizione è ottima, permettendo di raggiungere l’hotel con gli sci ai piedi. La spa e l’area benessere sono eccezionali, ben attrezzate e spaziose, a differenza di molte strutture dove spesso le dimensioni risultano insufficienti rispetto al numero di ospiti. Le camere sono comode e con un ottimo servizio di pulizia. Sono molto dispiaciuta di dover dare un punteggio basso, ma ritengo che il problema con la cucina sia alquanto grave da purtroppo abbassare drasticamente il punteggio.

Alloggiato una settimana con la famiglia. Hotel di ottima posizione proprio sulle piste, comodo per scendere in paese a piedi e proprio sulle piste. Hotel nella media, a campiglio si può trovare molto di meglio ad un prezzo inferiore. SPA discreta, piscina esterna bella. Nota negativa la colazione davvero insufficiente non per qualità ma per varietà e quantità di prodotti. Ogni giorno la stessa torta per 7 giorni, bevande con le solite macchine automatiche e zero frutta fresca. Insomma si potrebbe fare davvero di più. Il personale poi professionale ma davvero freddo e poco incline al sorriso. Insomma con pochi in più potrebbe fare molto di meglio. Allo stesso prezzo Non ci ritornerei
