I’ll start with good points - We loved this hotel, amazing food, great staff (especially the restaurant staff) , perfect access to slope, great location to lifts. Rooms were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the slopes. Rooms were cleaned everyday . Spa was perfect , lovely to have swim and sauna after a day on the slopes. Over all - lovely hotel and we were really happy. Only 2 little negatives - the boot room was tiny , we couldn’t get a locker (not enough for hotel) so had to take skis and boots to room. Not enough hanging space on the room - the rooms are small and minimal clothes space.

Just enjoyed our second visit to this family run gem of a hotel for our ski week in La Plagne. Spotless rooms, small but perfectly formed with plenty of hanging space for all your slope kit. Every member of staff was great. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Best boot room ever-efficient and top class service. Skis were taken upstairs and collected and every day our footwear was brought to us . Pierre in particular is so helpful and has a lovely style. Thank you. Restaurant staff excellent and the food again was awesome! Great variety every day/evening and was always fresh and delicious. Love this hotel, ski in and out and once there after a day on the slopes you just don’t want or need to leave! The Spa is also wonderful. Steam room, sauna ice room and pool all spotless and such a welcome chill after a day’s skiing. Thank you our party of 6 will return again next year!

Fantastic hotel which is practically ski-in/ski-out. Great food, lovely bar and superb ski rental shop. We arrived on my wife’s birthday and shortly after checking in and getting to our room a bottle of champagne arrived courtesy of the hotel. Great touch. The restaurant is buffet style and both breakfast and dinner didn’t disappoint. Plenty of choice and staff making sure everything is replenished. The spa is a great wind down at the end of the day without having to pay for any treatments. We had a basic room which was snug but had everything we needed. We forgot our travel adapter and when we asked at reception they had one we could borrow. The bathroom was well stocked with shower gel etc. The rental shop in the basement is a nice touch and each morning they carry your skis up to the exit of the hotel which is about a 5m walk from the slopes. The bar is nice and cosy and a nice end to the day. Will be back next year we hope!

Hotel is located just off the piste in Le Plagne centre with great access to the main area ski lifts and ESF lessons. Well thought out hotel with helpful and attentive staff. Good food in the restaurant and great cocktails in the bar. Fantastic facilities for kids to hang out too, so a great family hotel. Note the spa is more adult orientated, but there is a child paddling pool and play space. Ski rental and passes all easily sorted with the hotel.
