Will be booking again on our return trip from mid coast NSW back to Qld. Clean, comfortable, m/w, quiet fridge, modern bathroom. Well located, walk to Olympic swimming pool, shopping, parks, river. Good communication. Good access although car space is not covered no parking issues. Nice.

A delight to stay here. Impeccably clean rooms, large with a king bed, very comfortable. Ideally located to a good club with excellent Chinese restaurant. Hosts very affable and willing to help. Rates very affordable. Ideal stop before our destination at Brisbane.

Nice, clean, large and comfortable rooms. Very friendly at reception. Excellent Chinese meal at club next door. Location is close to small shopping centre and local sights, all within walking distance. Definitely recommend to travellers heading North from Newcastle, perfect halfway stop.

Our stays at Club Maclean motel have always been just perfect. Competitively priced, convenient location, friendly staff. The rooms are presented fresh and clean with quality furnishings and fittings. Even EV chargers for your use. Best to book ahead and book direct so you don't miss out.

Great location and walking distance to the local pub . Very quiet room with good facilities and friendly staff. The adjoining Bowls Club was easy to access and good atmosphere. This was the second time we have stayed there in the last month and will stay again on our trips north.

We had a great stay, comfortable bed, good sized room and a great location. The pre arrival email with tips for the area was appreciated as was fresh milk on arrival. Clean and renovated rooms made the stay more enjoyable and the Chinese in the club was excellent. Some great cafe's in town and really good coffee at one in particular.

Friendly receptionist, excellent sized room, clean, comfortable bed, plenty of water pressure in the shower and well located next to the bowling club and bistro. The motel is also located next to a supermarket and is a short walk to Maclean's main street.

We have been here before and was very nice,quite disappointing this time,carpet was ripped away from floor near bathroom,floors in bathroom terrible like they need really cleaning dark marks,bed was comfy overall disappointed,don’t think we’ll be returning we always liked this place

Always a pleasure to stay here. In my opinion it has the best disabled unit for my son. It is always well equipped and spotless. All the staff are so helpful and nothing is a problem. The location is perfect for us. We always stop here on our way up and return when we go to Queensland
