The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The staff are very helpful and the location is great.

It's very easily accessible, less than 5 minutes from Machida Station on both the JR and Odakyu lines, and is in the center of downtown, so you won't have any trouble finding somewhere to eat or shop. The building and facilities are old, but considering the cost performance, it's fine for a night's stay.

The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, delicious and exquisite. It's not the first time I stay here, so I didn't take any photos. The surrounding area is very convenient. There is a 711 across the street, and there are shopping streets, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around.

Hotel is 5 mins walk from Machida Station east exit (Odakyu line). Rooms is clean though is small size, comes with a small fridge. Hot water is instantaneous and bath tub is deep enough for soaking. Additional toilet amenities are available at lobby. Wifi is good. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. Opposite the hotel a very delicious ramen shop open till late night.

Very good, only about 50 yuan more expensive on Saturday than usual, very conscientious. The facilities are relatively old, but very comfortable, the design is reasonable, and you can still see how excellent this environment was decades ago.

The room was clean and the amenities were good. Check-in was done by panel, but the screen was large and easy to use.

Amazing hotel when it comes to prize for value. Hot springs in hotel price. Staff realy helpful, menaged to prolong my stay by 2 days when there was No room available online. My only issue was distance to Tokyo center and metro station, but it was my choice to book hotel so far away to lower a price

I brought all my underwear, so the service in the building, the response of the employees, and it was the best. In luxury, I want you to increase the small size of the restaurant menu. It's a knob system, a rice system. I want to stay many times.

I booked this hotel because I saw it was newly opened. It is not far from the station through the underground passage. There are no disposable slippers in the room, so I asked the front desk and they charged a nominal fee. I was very dissatisfied because I found a few obvious bloodstains on the bedsheets when I lifted the quilt. I told the front desk and they were very good and changed it immediately. The breakfast provided by the hotel is quite delicious.
