They hide costs in every service so the end price is far higher than the one advertised. The service is then also terable you'll have to walk to reception everytime you want a drink or if you want a waiter to come and help you. There are a lot of far better lodges in the area. Don't waist your time with this one.

Despite being advertised as a ‘beach and dive resort’ - it really isn’t either of those. The sandy beach is a boat ride away, and there are no proper diving packages available - as most normal dive centres would have, they only have a ‘2-dive package’, no discount for multiple dives (which was the whole point of staying there, for a dive holiday) and the dive pricing was FAR more expensive than other resorts. And the hotel was horribly old and ragged - in serious need of a refurbishment. We left after the first night, and checked in somewhere else as Eagle Point simply wasn’t what was advertised. Eagle Point refused to refund the 5 further nights we didn’t stay, and despite several emails chasers to their management - their final offer was a voucher to stay the unused 5 nights on another date. Which we declined as honestly I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than stay here.

Beautiful and quiet The place was beautiful. If you love the scenic views and nature, this is definitely worth the travel time. The hotel has a boat to charter to the nearby Sepok island, which took around 30 minutes. It was a fun ride, coming back was a bit choppy, but was expected. The staff were great and helpful. If you are not a bug person, this place ain’t for you. Tons of termites at night and bugs. But we love the nature, adventure, and how kid-friendly it is. Such a beautiful place. The restaurant food was decent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Will definitely come back.

Can’t expect much with the money I paid for the room so you will meet to adjust your expectations. I found a hair stand in the mini bar. More hair strands in the shower head and drainage- that’s a deal breaker - gross!! They also don’t have water heater. Water pressure is so low at night. They also don’t give free WiFi in the room. Need to pay 100 per gadget. Free WiFi is only in the restaurant and in the reception Value for money for the room I paid for (P3300) I think it’s a good deal. Food is so so - nothing special. It’s quite pricey. Going to the resort is tricky - you get to park on top and a ride will take you down to the resort. But Get ready for this ride as it is like a roller coaster- I was scared as it was steepy with a zigzag road. Driver was fast and not cautious at all. So be warned! Staff were nice tho.. Going back? Nah.. I will pass.

The first room they gave us is so old, next to an abandoned house. I requested for another room but they said it's fully booked. I opted to download as long as not next to the abandoned house. They gave us a standard room and too old. Even the blanket is old. I had asthma the following morning. They don't have water heater and the shower has low pressure that I hurt my eye. The shuttle service drives so fast. Food are expensive and not good
