Cleanliness good but only just opened - Room tiny and no aircon with windows that bearly open in 25 degree heat - breakfast good - terrible lunch & dinner! Food overcooked and tiny portion for price paid - drinks very expensive - housekeeping excellent - bar staff not interested

We Stayed for 2 nights, accompanied by our dog. Whilst the room was small it did’nt take away from our enjoyable stay! The staff were very, very pleasant and helpful, service was excellent and our meals arrived hot and tasty! Whilst reading other people’s reviews we were wondering if these “comments” were due to “teething” problems as the hotel has only been opened for 3-4 months. Would definitely stay again and also, would recommend to family and friends! Keep up the good work and look forward to seeing you again, if not this year then definitely next……thank you!

A great dog friendly hotel. Newly opened everything brand new. Clean throughout friendly staff. Only one small point I thought the drinks were pricey but it may be in line with other establishments in the area we didn’t check anywhere else.

Lovely hotel in a great location, a few minutes walk into town. We had a king room with a sea view which was spotless. The bathroom had a larger than average rainfall shower. Evening meal in the pub area was good, with a varied choice on the menu. We stayed on a B & B basis but next time we use this chain we'll probably stay room only as the breakfast is a big let down. We recently stayed at another of Inn Collections hotels, The Ripon Inn which had a buffet cooked breakfast. As is sometimes the, the cooked items can be lukewarm if they've been languishing too long. At the Offshore hotel we were confident this wouldn't be the case as the cooked breakfasts had to be ordered at the bar. Disappointingly, when they were served most items were lukewarm with the tomatoes and mushrooms actually cold. As this is the second time we've experienced this with this hotel chain we can't recommend the cooked breakfasts and would suggest a room only stay. There are many places to breakfast in the town, a matter of minutes away. Overall the Inn Collections hotels are very good, but badly let down by the cooked breakfasts.

Just returned from the Offshore after a 3 night break. Loved it so much have booked again for July. We took two very well behaved dogs with us and were made very welcome. Special mention to the “double act” on reception! Seriously thank you Beau and Johnny for making our stay so enjoyable and catering to our every needs especially when we needed to change rooms - there was no problem. Would recommend this hotel for friendliness of staff, where the hotel is situated and overall atmosphere.

Lovely refurbishment of the previous 2 hotels. Good service, staff friendly and efficient, very nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast very good. Only downside I thought, was having the Reception at the end of the bar, self check in and out using screens was a bit impersonal.

We went just for a night to escape and it was exactly what we were looking for. Lovely area on the beach front. The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating making the stay even better! Will be going again for a longer stay!

The hotel is in a wonderful position and the staff are extremely helpful. Our dogs tho were away from home for the first time and barked at everything and everyone making us stressed. Then we had a family emergency at home and had to leave for home early. I reassured the staff it was nothing to do with the hotel it was just unfortunate. Another stressful part is the availability of parking. Parking on the road which has restrictions means you either have to be out all day or keep moving your car every 2 hours.
