What amazing stuff they have at the Off Shore. Mandy and Tegan were superstars today serving a bunch of ladies who were celebrating our friends 50th today. Thank you for the service and great food. I know I speak in behalf of the ladies too. Thanks again ☺️

I visited Offshore today with a group of 16 friends We all ordered food and was all served at virtually the same time food was lovely hats off to the chefs Mandy & Tegan were so lovely and professional nothing was to much trouble for them we will all be back soon keep up the fab work Offshore 10/10 👏

Second time staying in this hotel but this time lacked in personal touch. Automated check inn, doesn’t work for me, it’s the hospitality industry and this is based around human touch points. Probably why this time we didn’t eat there for lunch or dinner as nobody was there at check in to ask if we wished to book etc… hotel is still clean and a great location but seemed under staffed

attractive, newly modrfnised sea front location, good food, drink and accommodation. Problem was, I booked on spring sale terms offereing 25% saving and ended up paying more than the walk in rate.

We love the Inn Collection and have been all over the country. This was our second time at Off Shore and the one thing we have noticed on both occasions is the lack of hospitality on arrival. There is a distinct sense that you are an inconvenience - particularly if you have questions. I appreciate fully that there is a lot of pressure on staff at check-in times, but polite and friendly interactions really helps to make people feel welcome. For future residents - please note that the cosy, sea view rooms are incredibly hot - even with a fan on - and this was on a fairly cool grey day in April - hence the score for sleep quality below.

We booked last minute,impulse booking,the weather was amazing and the hotel was good. Big shout out to CHRIS at reception,he was so helpful. We had been put on the 4th (top)floor with a view of the air con pipe works. So I went back down and asked for a ground floor room. We got room 2006 it was great,no view but the peace n quiet was fab. Bed was a little to firm for me,but I slept on n off till 7am. But the pillows are shocking Basic,lumpy and not comfortable. Cleanliness was fab Bathroom great Breakfast was lovely we only had continental breakfast as we don't eat cooked in the morning. It's our third visit here,twice for our wedding anniversary and then last week.

The food was terrible ordered fish and chips off the light bite menu, the fish was the size of a fish finger. Chicken Tikka wrap had no chicken inside. Service really slow.we have stayed in many inn collections and have always been great but this one is terrible.

Loved it, lovely position, room lovely and comfy, breakfast lovely. I couldn't fault it. I was travelling on my own and took an on the spur chance and couldn't have found a nicer place. On my next visit I shall try the evening meal, as everything looked lovely.
