Расположение отеля идеальное для прогулок по Лиону. Отель красивый, номер чистый, кровать очень удобная, бельё белоснежное, качественное. Минусы: в номере не хватало свежего воздуха и прохлады, вид из окон во внутренний двор-колодец, окна очень ветхие, старинные. Несмотря на то, что отель для некурящих, по вечерам в окно шёл сигаретный дым, что неприятно. В нашем номере не было кондиционера, стоял большой вентилятор. При заселении требуется залог 100€ (или данные кредитной карты), который возвращается при отъезде (если ничего не сломать, хах).

定酒店最失敗的一次，配不上2k+的價格。三星的酒店這麼差的嗎？酒店內的電梯衹能容下一個人和行李箱，過道也是一人通過。酒店沒有私人停車場，衹有停在路邊的露天公共停車場，不怕車被砸可以停。房間更是非常的小。整棟酒店更像是旅館，也就是前台小姐姐態度很好。打開房間的第一眼就決定換酒店了。酒店不能取消訂單，不過也無所謂了，果斷換了新的酒店。總之一句話，千萬別定，同樣的價格值得更好的酒店。匿名了 害怕被騷擾。

在網上訂到的房間，房間有一種大床和一張小床，適合一家三口。房間有一些圖畫，廁所很乾凈。賓館距離各個景點都很近，到索恩河用不了走幾分鐘，過了河就是老城區，非常不錯的地理位置。服務員態度很好。

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel de Paris in early August and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a trendy and convenient area, just a short walk from coffee shops, restaurants, the metro, and shopping. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with our questions about the city and transportation. We really appreciated the spacious room, and the air conditioning was a blessing with temperatures soaring above 30°C. We highly recommend this hotel—great value for the money and an unbeatable location.

This hotel is extremely well located , the staff is super helpful and kind .. room are clean , good size and well maintained! This hotel is défini a good choice to spend few days in Lyon , most of the place to visit are walking distance . Good value for money . I recommend this hotel

When you travel you expect to be treated fairly and justly. This hotel did not. It started off ok but it was hot when we were there and there was no air conditioning in our room. Our room was on the street side and we either had to open a window and listen to loud noise or sweat. They did give me a broken fan and the next day when I complained they said that I should have asked for a better fan. BUT they knew the fan was defective as previous guests had stuffed paper into the neck to try to get the fan to stay upright. The staff said they would call the police to stop the noise after 10 but you cannot call enough police to hold down a crowd of noisy people. The staff promised me a better room the next day but then changed their mind (after I complained to **********) telling me that since I purchased a reduced fare through a discount site, that I would not get a better room. I decided to move to a better hotel since there were many in the area. Then the hotel would not give me a refund. I am out $275 SO here is my suggestion. There are many hotels in the area a lot better with a lot better customer service. Find a better one. Next, never book a hotel that does not say specifically that they will give a refund. Next, never pay at the hotel, pay through **********. Next, if you book through a discount site, make sure the hotel has air conditioning in ALL rooms or you will get the worst room in the house. Very bad experience ever had dont ever stay there. Firstival checked in on 02/06/2022 had problem, hotel was said 3 stars but not the same you expected room very small not the same as the pictures or tell when I booked. I stayed in room number 52 is on a fifth floor room are has mold by all windows, bath room not clean, I did asked if I can change a room but they refused. I was checked out on 05/06/2022 and I was waited for taxi to be arrived 30 minutes no one said nothing then after 2 hours later at I am in the airport got surprised massage a hairdryer and tissue box in room was missing and hotel charge straight from my card €120 so after saw a massage and email with the invoice €120 , I tried to speak with reception he was hang up on me twice. Me and my daughter still fight to get money back.Anyway I had work with in hotel before we can't charged customers while they lelf a property only the customers still in hotel and can asked to open suitcase to check it.

Accueil sympathique,mais l hôtel est bien moyen . Lit pas très confortable,bruit dans la rue incessant,très mauvaise insonorisation. Deco très spéciale,et petit déjeuner bien peu généreux.l hôtel est bien situé c est incontestable,mais cela ne suffit pas ….

Ravie de l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné de l’équipe et plus particulièrement de Sylvianne, cela devient rare et c’est très appréciable. Chambre à la literie ultra confortable, c’est ce que je recherche avant tout. Décoration au top et originale, j’apprécie particulièrement les fresques murales Street-art. Quartier super bien animé avec de nombreuses possibilités de sorties restos & bars proches et le vieux Lyon à deux pas, enfin, à un pont plutôt ! Un super séjour, merci à l’hôtel de Paris à LYON !!!

Le personnel extrêmement souriant et l'hôtel avec une déco street art original. L'emplacement est aussi top et le petit plus des boissons fraîches à dispo gratis nous a étonné.hotel et service tel qu'on aimerait de partout.cyrille de Grenoble.

Wir haben nur die eine Nacht vor dem Start unserer Kreuzfahrt dort geschlafen. Deshalb sind wir bei der Vorbereitung nicht intensiv eingestiegen. Deshalb haben wir schon geschluckt, als wir dann mit der Realität konfrontiert wurden: Der Preis 304 € für Lyon ist ok, weil die Lage des Hotels wirklich super in Nähe der Altstadt und vom Fluss ist. Haben wollte man 14 Tage vorher über 500 €. Die haben wir gebucht, den Preis beobachtet, als der sank haben wir storniert und neu gebucht. Die mehr als 500 € wäre das (gerade noch 3 Sterne) Hotel nicht wert gewesen. Insgesamt hat es uns an unsere Übernachtungen als Studenten in Paris erinnert: Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett (Queensversion) hat man uns gegeben. Bezahlt hatten wir zwei EInzelbetten. bei Reklamation wurde uns freundlichweise die Aufbereitung des Sofas angeboten. Wir mussten lachen. So wie über Einige mehr im Hotel. Wenn man Freude aan uralten Fenstern und deren museumsreifen Griffen, kitschigen Drucken an den Wänden und überhaupt an "bewährter Ausstattung" hat, ist man dort richtig. Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet. Das ist aber in Frankreich in typischen Familien-Hotels nie so, wie es z. B. in Deutschland ist. Das ist ok, weil man das weiß. Fazit: Lage perfekt, beim Rest Zähne zusammen und durch.

Petit hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre de Lyon. Les lieux commun sont bien décoré. La literie est top, ça fait longtemps qu’on avaient pas aussi bien dormi. La réceptionniste du matin, celui de l’aprem et le night étaient vraiment sympa. On s’est senti vraiment bien accueilli. On a pas testé le petit déjeuner Côté propreté, rien à signaler, la chambre était propre et agréable. Le parking du centre ville est à 5 mn à pied de l’hôtel. On reviendra
