The Lyn Valley Guest House

Very enjoyable two night stay at this establishment. Great location and charming hosts. Superb breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for these genial hosts. Great value and appreciated the convenience of the trust bar. Will definitely return again soon to hear his guitar rendition

If you walk the South West Coast Path this is ideally located as you come into the lovely town. Warm welcome from the host Jeanette. Lovely homely feel. Comfy lounge and honesty bar. Superb large room as good as many 4 star hotels. Excellent bathroom with large bath and powerful shower. Tasty breakfast and friendly chat with the hosts Jeanette and Jeremy. Highly recommend and I’d not hesitate to recommend this comfortable guest house.

This place was perfect for us. The couple that runs (owns?) it was lovely. They were friendly, engaging, and helpful. Our room was well. Appointed and the shower alone was 5 star. Our bed was very comfortable and the bedding smelled and felt so good. Breakfast was the real treat though. Delicious and beautifully served. Fabulous stay.

We can highly recommend this lovely, tidy, cozy place with our adorable hosts Jeanne and Jeremie. We felt home very quickly and had an awesome time. The Lyn Valley Guesthouse is perfectly located, because you have everything you might need very easily to reach. Our bed was like heaven, we also had a small refrigerator in our room. The shower was a combination with a bathtub and had a perfect water temperature- easy to regulate. The breakfast was presented with love. You had different choices, fruits, cereals, yogurt, etc,, English breakfast, waffles… Our hosts were so gorgeous and let us feel welcome. Shortly- a perfect place to stay when you are visiting Lynmouth.

This was our third visit to Lyn Valley Guest House. Another beautiful, amazing stay. Jeanne and Jeremy were as always very hospitable, welcoming and very accommodating. Our room (Room 4) was immaculate and the view from our room on the second floor was just simply stunning. Our bathroom had both a full size bath & a separate shower, which was fabulous. We can’t recommend Lyn Valley enough. It’s right in the heart of everything in Lynmouth & makes it so much easier by having parking too. We can’t wait to be back next year & have booked already. See you in 2025 :).
