Very dated and room had lots of mould in bathroom and bottom of shower curtain. Additional pull out bed under main one all tatty. Extra bed lumpy and uncomfortable. Room above constant stomping up and down from 5am. As for the beefeater next door staff non exsistent and waited 10 minutes to be served for a drink.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst taking part in a sponsored memory walk. We had not stayed in this particular Premier Inn before, but it was very pleasant. Unfortunately, our room was a bit musty smelling, and we did need to open the windows when we first arrived, but this was the only negative as the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff at this Premier Inn were all fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, regardless of the staff on shift or time of day that we needed assistance. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were lovely at this hotel and made it all worthwhile. Nothing was too much trouble and they were great at giving helpful information. Usual fantastic Premier Inn facilities. Parking you need to enter your Reg into the screen. Very average Toby carvery for breakfast with With again absolutely fantastic staFf

We have stayed in a quite a few premiere inn,s over the years and never been disappointed but i have to say this one has to be one of the worst premiere inn we have ever stayed at! The hotel is in dire need of a revamp! The hotel is extremely dated, the pictures shown on the website do not represent the rooms that are actually here! The bathroom was unsanitary and room had a constant drainage smell which when we complained about the hotel said they already aware of and cant seem to get rid of the smell. The smell was unbearable especially with a young baby, so we had to ask to move rooms! In my opinion it’s definitely not worth the money staying here!

The toilet had a weird smell coming from it, making the entire room not the best place to sleep. No one was at reception so couldn’t address the situation, however it was late. The bed itself was comfy, but it again smelt like the room so wasn’t the best experience we’ve had sleeping wise.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff very helpful. My room also had a sofa bed. When I became ill and had to go to the hospital by ambulance I returned to find that staff had stepped in to clean my room without any request being made and staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy access on the M4, to get to; Is set a little back so was quiet. The staff were welcoming and hotel clean. Had no issues, breakfast was ok. Is a little tired but the beds comfortable and nice shower. Extra tea and coffee in repetitive to help yourself.

Nice hotel, although older it was clean, could need updating to match other premier Inns. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nice to see a little table for the children for mothers day. Breakfast was good, understandable busy, here as easy location and free parking.
