1. Dekat dengan stasiun kereta, terminal bus, dan dermaga 2. Ruang besar 3. Di Swiss, tarif kamar yang sudah termasuk sarapan lebih baik daripada hotel terdekat lainnya. 4. Air panas cukup dan AC juga bisa beroperasi

The hotel is in excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the train station. If you arrive by rail and get off at platform 3, it is strongly encouraged that you exit by the south gate rather than the main entrance. The hotel is directly across the street. Take a look at the image. The hotel staff is very polite, professional, and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is delicious. Alvin, the restaurant manager, is very nice and has a great recall. He gives me gluten-free bread once he realises I have a food allergy. Nothing much to say. Just PERFECT.

Hotel location is fantastic. Less than 1 minute walk from the information center located from the train station. Hotel room is fine but the edges of the bed frame protrude out hence one needs to be more cautious. We arrive at 7pm on a Sunday evening and check in was quick. Will appreciate if WiFi password and Lucerne Visitor card are given upon check in instead of having to request for it. At 11pm, when i tried to input the WiFi username and password, it shows Credit used up. I called the reception for assistance and was told to come down to the reception. After going down, I was given another print out of the WiFi username and password. I do not understand why this cannot be communicated over the phone. Went back to the room, tried the new username and password and it still doesn't work. Only managed to login to the WiFi the following morning when I went to the reception and get another user ID and password. Not sure if this is common in Switzerland but this sure is my first encounter.

Bathroom does not have door and water pipes is next to your bed, other than that, its a great stay! Great location and Value for money

此行瑞士最貴最差的酒店，超級踩坑！酒店位於非常狹窄的小路上，開車到達時，兩輛大巴停在門囗，以至於連酒店門和停車庫也找不到！地庫無比狹窄，絕對挑戰車技！差半小時到3點，就是不讓入住，讓我們等在前台。入住了房間竟然要提着箱子上下樓梯，推開房門，三人間衹看到床，箱子都沒地方放！更可怕的是衞生間散發出嘔吐物的惡臭，地毯一股尿騷味。找酒店處理，他們説自己衞生打掃得很乾凈，那是清潔劑的氣味！也不知道誰家清潔劑是惡臭的！沒力氣折騰將就一晚，晚上暴雨，電視沒了信號，電話前台詢問，直接掛掉電話不理睬。洗澡水忽冷忽熱，窗簾是關不上的，樓下酒吧還是什麼娛樂場所吵到半夜，3800+一晚住了這惡臭的酒店，真是倒楣！唯一的亮點是早餐還行，但服務也很差！一晚32歐停車費。盧塞恩這個臭酒店和一點也不好玩，到處人擠人，再也不想去了！體驗超級差！！！

離盧塞恩站很近，步行距離。周邊很多餐廳，coop和其他超市也在火車站出口附近。再走幾步就是花橋，很適合citywalk整個城市的距離。

房間：套房3人住有點偏小，箱子打開後，可以走路的空間基本就要沒了 環境：酒店附近疑似有酒吧類場所，晚上會有很響的音樂聲，電話前台，説無法解決問題，音樂一般11點結束（幸好住的那天9點結束了）。如果對聲音敏感的話，建議避雷 服務：前台認清，早餐服務也很好，主動會問需要的咖啡類型

酒店就在Luzern火車站邊上，衹隔一條馬路，隔壁就是。設施沒問題，很現代，周圍環境也不錯出去沒啥不安全的。去當地各個景點也都是步行可達，方便～ 酒店前台很熱情，給我介紹了當地的景點。另外入住酒店的顧客可以獲得當地的交通卡，公共交通隨便坐。
