The hotel was excellent. One point to improve would be the water pressure and stability of water temperature for bath.

Enjoyed the 4 nights stay at AMERON. Highly recommended. Within walking distance from Luzern station, room is clean and spacious with coffee machine and comfy beds.

Location! Kindess! Beautiful! The hotel is in a great location, the stuff are very kind. We also ask for belongings save after we checked out, and the agree with pleasure.

Amazing hotel near Luzerne train station. Many bakery nearby. Hotel staff was friendly and kind, provided toiletries and water. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. Very short walk to the old town area which was great!

The location is perfect, few mins walk from train station. Staff are polite and very helpful. Breakfast the best from all hotels I’ve stayed in Switzerland. The room is modern and very clean. Will stay there again when visiting Luzern.

There was no electric kettle in the room, and after I replied to their questionnaire in the email, they immediately delivered one to my room the next day. I did not know how to operate the coffee machine. The service man also came to show us how. The safe battery was low, and the safe gave out a beeping sound and blinking light. I informed the reception that night and the service man came the next day to fix it.

the room was great, so clean, tidy and spacious. the bed is comfortable and so big. but the wifi were very very poor.

Location was great but the room was not clean with dusty table/glasses. They charge 6-7 CHF if you want to use their microwave!!!

🤢 Our room was 402. The layout is good but the bed smelled really really bad. The sheet wasnt washed properly. The smell was very dirty as if someone vomited in the bed. My boyfriend had some buttons next day on his back. So be careful, beds are not clean. We couldn't sleep. We woke up at 5 am to take a shower and wash our bodies. We talked to the receptionist about it but unfortunately our stay was only for one night so they couldnt do anything about it. Therefore I dont recommend this hotel if the hygiene is important for you.
