Have used them a few times because they have the best food on site compared to other local hotels so I find them the best overall value and experience. Reception staff very helpful and offering room close to lift or quieter away from it. Pleasant room and good value for money. Highlight is their breakfast, incredible buffet breakfast and the top choice if you have a late flight arrival and time to stay and enjoy it in the morning."

"Setelah menempuh perjalanan lebih dari 10 jam, saya check in pukul 22.30, ingin sekali mandi air panas dan beristirahat. Dari nada bicara manajer, jelas terlihat bahwa ia tidak peduli dengan ulasan atau keluhan saya, dan bersikap acuh tak acuh sepanjang waktu."

"The staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner. I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable. As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me. Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport."

"This is a lovely hotel. They are self check in. However we could call them if we need anything. We needed a hair dryer and iron they talked us to where it was. Would have been nice to have breakfast. There are bad reviews but its a shame because we found everything was clean and the staff were on the phone or message whenever we needed them"
