這家民宿在小區裏，老闆熱情好客，房間乾淨整潔，小院花花草草很漂亮，還有老闆的茶葉也很好喝，有種家的感覺，非常值得入住，有需要去瀘水的朋友，一定要去他家感受一下。

很抱歉，沒能給滿分好評。先説衞生，床單被套枕頭都很乾凈，小院在一個小區內，也比較安靜。別墅型獨棟，但裝修比較老氣了，設備不算新，正常折舊，浴缸的龍頭都是壞的，衹能借助花灑放水。木塞也找不到，最後用毛巾堵住出水口。現在已經很少有人使用浴缸了，可以理解。燈光非常暗淡，無法閲讀，所以床頭補了一個小枱燈。窗簾，土氣。室內擺了兩張户外小椅子，比沒有強。五金件舊了，建議老闆更換。老闆人還不錯，比較客氣，但其他人（可能是家人），沒有那麼熱情，可能是做民宿時間長了，表情疲憊。木地板可加分，老式裝修，用料真實。硬件扣一分，服務扣家人一分，希望老闆與家人形成合力，妥善經營，祝越來越好。
