剛到酒店門口，還沒等開車門，工作人員就快步上前微笑迎接，主動接過行李時輕聲説“您一路辛苦了”，還瞬間消解了旅途疲憊。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐耐心為我們服務，點個贊👍客房服務也很到位，車隊師傅時間也把控的很好

酒店的位於廬山中部的山間，自成一體，環境優美，但因此公共交通無法直接抵達。不過酒店每逢整點有專用巴士來回鎮上景點和索道站接送，也比較方便。酒店客房較大，服務周到，細緻，對客人的要求和問題能積極響應並解決。值得再次入住。

一句話嘉豪淮海國際酒店物超所值。我們原定的山景雙卧室套房被升級到了總統套房，窗外風景絕美，歎為觀止。客房除了打掃房間還服務員送水果，小吃，泡腳水等等，隨叫隨到，大堂經理給了我們很多有益的遊覽建議，餐廳經理也很周到細緻。總之一切都印象深刻。我們一住就是8天，儘管還想住更多時間。

酒店安排在廬山索道上站/廬山牯嶺鎮接送，出來遊玩景點時都有整點或半點班車在景區觀光車站點接送，很方便很安心很周到。酒店看晚霞很美，可以走下去一點在白雲谷看，也可以在酒店魚池邊觀賞。
房間乾淨，寢具乾爽舒服，每天還提供泡腳桶泡腳水，玩累了可以泡一下緩解疲勞，特別貼心；另外還提供牛奶、小點心、水果飲料等。
房間的配套設施單個來看還算不錯的，比如配置了智能馬桶等，但是整體上、細節上還需要提升硬件的舒適度方便性，如淋浴房內放置沐浴三件套的大理石擱板，中間凹進去的，酒店的沐浴三件套小瓶子和自帶的沐浴用品衹能靠着邊邊放或者就衹能躺倒了，智能馬桶很高級，但是插房卡時會自動開關坐便器蓋、人靠近扔垃圾也會自己開開合合，有點嚇人😜 住在酒店的第三天，晚上回房間沒有配上飲用水等，是問了服務員要的；熱水瓶裏的泡腳水很燙，但是在瓶蓋上寫了水温舒適，因為平時比較小心稍微試了試水温才沒有被燙到。細節上建議再改進。
