Excellent
GGS7My room was impeccably clean and spacious, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. And the gym? WOW! State-of-the-art equipment and a great atmosphere to get a good workout.
Overall, I highly recommend the Marriott Hotel for its outstanding service, amenities, and overall experience. Can't wait to return!

GGuest UserThe staff was incredibly amazing, very helpful and alert. The overall hotel was clean and fresh. Our dinner was good but the breakfast was the best with a lot of variety and tasty options. This will be our go back to place if we return to Lusaka.

AAnonymous UserThe service is in place, the staff are friendly and friendly, but there are mosquitoes in some rooms, and the hot water supply is insufficient. The bathtub is half filled with water and there is basically no hot water. The air conditioner is noisy. The breakfast is good

Wifi is very slow, frequently disconnected, coild not do work on laptop, front desk service are not as expected, I called many times from room but no one picked up my call, breakfast is halal and veriety of options.

LLauren GoatleyI usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

GGuest UserStayed for a week. It is close to East park mall, so there are many good restaurants around. It is a great hotel with a unique container structure. There is a little bit of vibration between floors due to the structural characteristics, but it is not enough to be bothersome.

LLShero93Weird weird weird, that's how I'd describe my stay at Mika- Apparently they don't take bookings from Trip but are still on the app and have a number of reviews from people! They eventually accepted the booking and let us stay - The place resembled something from The Shining - EMPTY, quiet and eerie ! Location is good because it's near to the airport but don't stay here for any longer than needs be ! Also DO NOT book the airport transfer it is extortion ! Rather download ULENDO the app and book a taxi in advance with them! Mika were charging 300 PP - We got the taxi for 115 in total! Bed was comfortable, room was relatively clean but very meh overall - Pictured is the absolutely packed restaurant 🤭
