The whole street is either restaurants or hotels. I found this hotel after seeing the recommendation. I booked a king-size bed room with a view. I could also see a little of Langmusi Temple (Sai Chi Temple). The sun came out in the evening and the sky was full of sunset glow. The photo was taken in the room. It was absolutely amazing. It rained at night. I was so cold that I could only stay in the bed with the electric blanket. The weather changed like a face.

This local inn is a good option in this little town. The place has character and local flare. However I slept badly as my room was facing the front and there is a covered basketball court that comes alive at night and I could hear the ball bouncing and the whistle blowing at 2am! Mind you it was the summer holidays for the monasteries and the young monks were keen athletes. I believe that it is not like this during other time if the year. The rooms facing the back might not have the view but would definitely be quieter.

The highlight of this hotel is how helpful and kind the staff is. The boss man helped me with my bus bookings onto my next destination, calling bus stations and figuring out where/when the bus would be. Ultimately the bus was full and so he helped organize a private car to my next destination. He also helped a lot when we experienced altitude sickness, and offered to drive us immediately to the hospital (Ibuprofen, cold packs and rest did the trick though)

BBlairCool spot, a short drive from the city for restaurants, etc. beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Rey friendly and helpful staff. Nice, new dome yurts. No main room heater, but electric blanket kept me warm at night. Great shower/water pressure. Even has a projector you can use to watch movies on the ceiling from in bed.

The whole town is very commercial and bustling. Why is it that other people's houses have no problem with the voltage and can finally turn off the lights early and go to bed? The WF signal in the room is very poor and there is no one at all. There is not even a proper table to put things in the room. Hot water can only be boiled in the bathroom. The shower head in the shower is very poor in dispersing the water flow and the water pressure is insufficient, so it is difficult to wash your hair cleanly. Moreover, the drain is blocked and stops draining after two to three minutes. Not to mention the room is very small, there is almost no space to open the big suitcase, and the breakfast is so simple and pitiful that I can barely wrap my stomach.
